Property layout & suitability was not ideal. The home is 3floors, with 4beds on the first floor and the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. This layout was not disclosed clearly prior to booking and proved extremely impractical since we had a toddler.Lack of basic kitchen amenities, such as foil, cooking essentials, or common spices (only salt and pepper were provided). When I reached out requesting catering or nearby restaurant recommendations, I was advised to “just Google it,” which was not a helpful response.Snow was not plowed until the morning of our departure and we didn't get enough notice on that. The home contains an intercom system, fireplaces, and speakers, yet no instructions were provided for their use. The speakers did not function at all.No true check-in instructions beyond a door code, leaving us without guidance on the home’s features or expectations.We were disrupted during checkout as the cleaner arrived early while we were still inside the home, actively unpacking and preparing to leave. This was intrusive and inappropriate. Which caused us to rush to leave. Most concerning, I inadvertently left a makeup palette and a jewelry bag containing two watches and jewelry, which I know exactly where I placed prior to departure. I immediately contacted host and was told these items were “not found.” Given the circumstances and timing,
