As part of our standard guest verification process, you may be asked to choose one of the following options before your arrival to cover any accidental damage that may occur during your stay:



▷ A non-refundable damage waiver of CAD $20 per night, OR



▷ A refundable security deposit of CAD $750.



If you choose the security deposit option, please note the following:



▷ 💳 A temporary pre-authorization will be placed on your payment method 2 days before your arrival.



▷ ✅ If no damage is found, the pre-authorization will be automatically released 2 days after your departure.



▷ 🔁 For long-term stays, the pre-authorization will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage throughout your reservation.
