The villa has its own private garden and consists of two floors. There is a bedroom with its own bathroom on each floor. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary to allow you to fully enjoy your vacation.

The house is located in a private street of a safe residential area, you can park on the main street there is plenty of space to park even more than one car, also there is the possibility to get directly to the gate for loading / unloading.

The district is equipped with a tennis court.
The following facilities are available just 200 meters from the villa: supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar and a bus stop to get to Cagliari - Sardinia capital city (20 min travel) with the best shops, or on the opposite direction to get to Villasimius in the same 20 min. There are a pharmacy and a post office 2 km from the villa, and only in 500 meters a port, where you can rent a yacht or a boat, or take an excursion and diving. Water Park is about 15 min by car. Talasos Therms Spa is 8 min. by car.

Other conditions:
Bed linen, towels and utilities (electricity, water and gas) are included in the price.
Additional replacement of towels and bed linen and cleaning during the stay are paid separately on request.
