"This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. "Overall great stay Issues reported were addressed immediately. Property manage (Chris), deserves 6 stars. House is spacious including enormous kitchen. Pool is great. View is to die for. Cons: location. Property is located on the southern East coast so be prepared for a 20-40 min ride to any location outside that immediate vicinity. There is a great boardwalk with plenty of shops and Resturant a short 5-10 drive. Cons: beach…heaps of sea moss clutter the beach making it unusable for anything...

"There was 7 of us. Grandparents in their 60s, two adult children with their wives and one granddaughter 7 months old. The unit was extremely clean, and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were good size especially the master which had a wall of sliding glass looking out over the pool and beach. Spectacular!!
