"No power, no water for almost 24 hours, the waterpark was closed, and all the restaurant's where closed. Except for a nice view and letting us cancel our booking, everything else was just HORRIBLE The staff at the "breakfest" used personal clothes, and it was like eating in a old, broken down school ..."

Very nice hotel.
"Everything was excellent, but to put a but, the bubble pool wasn't working. Service is excellent. The only issue was, at the sauna there were no rules, and we found a bare German couple at 9pm sitting without towel, spreading germs where others would lay after... Can you put some written rules outside ..."
