Villa Nirvana 4 bedroom villa with a large outdoor area and private pool

An astounding villa of distinctive style and enviable charms. This holiday home enjoys a tranquil, secluded location on the north-eastern part of the island. Upon entrance a colourful garden with mature yucca, cypress and olive trees surround an extensive deck and pool area, embellished with a panoramic view over the rocky coastline and the blue Mediterranean waters. One can also use the car port which perfectly fits one large car.
Its main floor hosts a spacious open plan area where an ample living room with an L-shaped sofa and a log fire place, dining table with eight comfortable chiars , and a fully equipped kitchen are to be found. Pairing modern aesthetics with traditional limestone features, this part of the house is undoubtly a congenial living space to a dreamlike holiday home. Large limestone arches surround the ground floor area which opens up to the deck and of course, to plenty of natural sunlight. At ground floor level one also finds a double bedroom and a guest bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is also part of the bathroom.
Reaching up a comfortable limestone staircase that lead to the upper level which features three sublime, spacious bedrooms; one with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with a king sized-bed and balcony overlooking the pool area and another bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. This level also has another bathroom and a small terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.
Located in the village of Qala, the easternmost village in Gozo which boasts itself with fabulous views over the sea to Comino and Malta. Qala means port and probably refers to the nearby bay and landing stage of Ħondoq ir-Rummien, now a popular swimming place where many water sports can be enjoyed and frequent boat trip to Comino Island can be easily booked. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the il-Qala Belvedere and from the small courtyard in front of the little church known as Il-Madonna tal-Blat (Saint Mary of the Rocks).
However Villa Nirvana is located in the limits of Qala, which make it closer to the neighbouring village of Nadur. Nadur is renowned for the enchanting green valleys and peaceful bays. On the coast nearby are the beautiful beaches of San Blas and Ramla as well as Daħlet Qorrot which is just under Villa Nirvana. Dahlet Qorrot is a delightful small bay very popular with fishermen as well as local swimmers. Note the unique boathouses in Daħlet Qorrot which are mostly converted from natural caves and ledges at the base of the cliffs. A Knights-period watchtower, Ta’ Isopu Tower (also called Ta’ Sopu or San Blas Tower) stands halfway between Dahlet Qorrot and San Blas.
