"Worst stay I have ever had. The first morning at breakfast the plates were so dirty it put us off eating. We literally went through the whole pile and could not find any clean ones. Didn't bother going to breakfast the 2nd morning. There was an odd smell on the first day when we walked into room but it was stifling hot so put the air conditioning on and left it at that. However the next evening when we returned to the room we walked in and there was a clear smell of drugs in the room which...

El edificio, un antiguo hospital, es realmente bonito por fuera y muy cuidado por dentro. El personal muy agradable, y el desayuno increíble, con servicio de cocina aparte del buffet. Como pega, el tamaño de las habitaciones "individuales", verdaderamente pequeñas, aunque acogedoras."

"Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year."
