"La note attribuée à l’établissement n’est pas du tout justifiée. L’accès à l’appartement n’est pas pratique du tout. On doit se garer devant une épicerie pour avoir les clés, puis la traverser avec les bagages et aller à l’étage pour accéder à l’appartement. Le parking est à 600m de l’appartement. La propreté laissait à désirer (sang de mouche écrasée sur la fenêtre non lavée). La poubelle était ouverte donc les odeurs était présentes. Bien entendu elle n’était pas enlevée de façon quotidienne....

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. Probably best for travelers to consider using electric bike/automobile during the stay, as public transport is not that close and the apartment is in a residential neighborhood up on a hill.
