"The communication was responsive and clear. Location is walkable distances to shops, food etc. and 10 minutes maximum driving distance to most other places. "Beautiful location, so peaceful and relaxing being right next to the lake. House was great with the big deck looking out across lake Rotorua. Kids had a blast playing in the safe shallow lake and on the jetty, the kayaks were brilliant too. Loved being away from the main city but close enough to get to all the great attractions, Ngongotaha township is a neat wee place with a nice fish and chip place and cafe too. "Wow this Tuscan Villa is amazing as well as the one also in Whangamatā. The moment you walk in the door it has a wow factor. Four great bedrooms a kitchen made for a michalen chef with all the cooking facilities you need and a huge fridge/freezer. The sporting activities and games you can play on the beautiful lawn right by the little stream. A lot of bird life especially wood pigeons. A great place to celebrate a bit birthday 70th. Have already recommended to family and friends. "
