Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with balcony and a large bed and another with 2 single beds, in the hallway is a bathroom with toilet and sink. Secure parking is available on site. Le Romarin was formally part of a renovated farmhouse, styled on the Quercy region and has exposed beams etc ... I'm sure this cottage will charm you.

The complex Gîtes "Le Sud" Dordogne valley is located on the northern border of the Lot department 300 m from the Dordogne River in the middle of a beautiful countryside as far as the eye can see. At 1 km, the Bastide de Puybrun, quiet village with its church, its hotel with restaurants, pizzeria, bars, bakeries, butchers, supermarket, post office, tobacco shop and pharmacy. 5 km away, in Bretenoux-Biars, you will also find good supermarkets, banks and various shops. Tuesday and Saturday mornings are market days in Bretenoux under the arcades of the old square.

"Le Sud" is a real Quercy style farmhouse with its 19th century barns and 15 acres of gardens, meadows and fields that are abound in wild flowers (ten varieties of orchids recorded on the estate), birds (red kite), wild animals (deer), aquatic fauna . The carefully cultivated gardens form a colorful palette that harmonizes with the ocher-coloured stone buildings. "Le Sud" is at the center of prestigious historical sites such as: Rocamadour (25 minutes away), the Gouffre de Padirac Caves (15 minutes) and the Lacave Cave (30 minutes away) etc, then return to "Le Sud" for some tranquility and relaxation by the pool.

The heated saline pool (12 x 6 m) surrounded by umbrellas and illuminated in the evening is available during the middle and high season for use by residents and there is also access to meadows and woods.
