"Nice central location in Jingan district. Close to Subway/Metro and shopping mall/foods. Property is older and small size service apartments, mixed with individual business, offices, residential. Check the size and expectation. Apartment is clean and nice. Lots of courier traffic within the lifts. Security guard does not speak english. Rental property management is located at 1601. Fluent in english and very helpful. Communicate easily thru WeChat app for any room request. "

"Photos disolventes at Hotels.com for this property do not reflect the reality of the hotel. I agree some hoteles includes some picture of the landmark near by or points of interest but in this case the imagen provided have me a completely inacurate and far bayond reality of the hotel i booked. Even the name of the property gave me the wrong idea of another “chain” hotel i’ve stayed in the past which its name is MOXY (Edinburgh) and the hotel here in dispute decided to be named Shanghai MOXI…...

"너무 좋았던 숙소입니다. 도착했을때 마중나와 주셨고 친절하게 자세한 설명도 잘 해주었습니다. 문의사항이 있을때 빠른 답변도 좋았습니다. 친구 4명이 머물기에 충분했고 공간이 넓고 쾌적해서 집같이 편안했어요. 상하이 중심부 와이탄, 신천지등이 차로20~30분거리에 있었고 숙소 바로앞에 스타벅스,맥도날드, 릴리안등 음식점들도 많아서 좋았습니다. 또다시 상하이에 간다면 이 숙소로 갈거같아요! "

"外国人にとってチェックイン方法は分からないと思います。２階のエレベーター前に座っている人に宿泊の旨伝え、エレベータに乗って６階の受付に行くのですが中国語でないとコミュニケーションは困難です。６階もどこが受付か分かりにくく部屋に入るまで苦労します。部屋も結構年季が入っています。洗浄機付きトイレがあると喜んだのですが、コンセントまでの距離が長く電源を入れることができませんでした。展示化があったせいか、価格から見たら不釣り合いでした。なおカード決済はできません。"
