Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Halbinsel umgeben von Wald. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Sauna und Grillhaus ergänzen das ganze. Ein Boot ist mit einem 2,5 PS Motor vorhanden .(mietbar)
