"Home was lovely. But the management was terrible. No advance contact. Non responsive through the app or to texts. There was no hot water because gas was disconnected. It was reconnected the next day, the gas company said it was shut off due to non payment. But no further response from the manager. She didn’t check on us. Didn’t send checkout information. Very limited amenities. 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. Kitchen supplies were sparse as well. "

The bathrooms were cleaning but we have to wash the sheets and towels ourselves while trying to get things set for a wedding. "Our stay at this home was wonderful. The host was great to work with in terms of accommodating our small gathering of family and friends after my son’s graduation. The house itself was wonderfully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. My wife and I were traveling with our parents and adult children and this house was a perfect fit for all. Thank you Heather for making your home available! It’s beautifully decorated and wonderfully situated! "

"Was not clean/cleaned well/hadn't been cleaned in a while. Dead bugs, spider webs, etc.....throughout the house. Had to clean the coffee table myself because it was so sticky and dirty. Furniture is all very used and in rough condition. The house is older and has been "remodeled" but the "remodel" is not great and either wasn't done well to begin with or needs to be done again. Would have gone to a hotel if we could have gotten a refund."
