"I really enjoy our stay "

"Nice beautiful room overlooking the ocean. "

"This is a fantastic location just a short distance from town. The hosts were awesome! The bed was very comfortable. The large room with adjacent deck is well appointed. The house is across the street from the ocean and a pebbly beach. Loved the view! We highly recommend ordering their dinner which they bring to your room. It was extremely good! We HIGHLY recommend a stay at ‘A View with a Room’!"

"Perfect anniversary weekend away, Perfect property plenty of space & heating, comfortable seating/bedding No complaints at all"

"Simple and effective. Everything we needed.... And a beautiful view!"

"Good spot but he spr was out of order so was a bit disappointed as that was one off the only reasons I wanted to stay there"

"This was a great place to be based for a few days. Communication was so great with the host. The kitchenette is what you need, the appliances were on the small side so plan meals around this. It was warm, clean and a lovely home to come back to at the end of the day."

"Beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment. Super clean and well appointed. Bed was awesome (for those liking a firm mattress!) Excellent communication with host however some confusion on my behalf with instructions on Expedia vs link sent from host. This caused a few hassles with check in! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"A good, well-presented and comfortable property, in a handy location. Met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay in Dunedin."

"Overall the house was great and would recommend "

"Great place for our one night stay. Good communication, warm house, comfy beds and a well set up kitchen. "

"Confident clean close to shops beach beautiful view."

"Unfortunately there were several issues with this house and I wouldn’t recommend this to other groups. From the communication from the host to the cleanliness of the house."

"Lovely home, spacious clean and great location. Very lovely host that managed to meet at the property when we locked ourselves out!"

"Fantastic place. Extra blankets would be nice as it was a very cold night. Otherwise loved it"

"We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin."

"This is such a beautiful place to stay. Great location, right near the Octagon which meant it was pretty noisy right through the Saturday night we were here but we still loved it. Lovely and warm, gorgeous character building. Great for our group. "
