"Vi fick ett rum i gamla byggnaden som hade dålig ventilation o luktade väldigt illa. Badrummet var i dåligt skick. När vi klagade så var dem väldigt hjälpsamma o bytte rum. Vi fick ett rum i den nya delen o allt var glimrande."
