Spectacular

This property was Everything it was said to be and more! The house literally had everything needed besides groceries, all appliances, pool,etc worked perfect!The house was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! The owner was quick to respond to anything needed! Will be renting again!

Waterfront home in Punta Gorda

First of all, the communication with the owner and her team was outstanding. We ran into a couple of technical glitches, all of which were outside their control. However, they addressed each situation quickly, communicated effectively, and were able to get things taken care of promptly. The home is comfortable, very well stocked, and the pool/lanai/water views were delightful. Everything was just as advertised. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Spring Break

Plenty to do in the area. House was in great shape. Grace was incredible to work with. If she wasn’t available she made sure her assistant was available. We accidentally left some items at the house and Grace mailed them to us without hesitation. If you are going to Punta Gorda this is the place to stay, close to everything and lots to do.

Beautiful home!

This was an amazing family getaway! Grace was so easy to work with and the house was spotless. The pool and hot tub was so nice to have private and it was fun watching the canal traffic! We would definitely return!

AMAZING host and a BEAUTIFUL property!

In the days following Hurricane Ian, Grace was able to get my colleagues and I into her house with everything working! Even despite me accidentally booking our arrival for the day after we were actually arriving, Grace was able to make it happen! I can't thank Grace enough nor can I recommend her beautiful property enough! I will be returning in better times! Thanks Grace!

Quick Getaway

Location was very relaxing and active with available bikes and kayaks. Pool was as it should be and all surrounding areas quiet and people pleasant. Everything you need is there except the food of course but there plenty of places to dine close by. Memories were made here and I recommended for anyone that needs a quick getaway.

The best of the best

Well appointed, great location, most attentive host…no stone is left unturned at Villa Teopical. You will want for nothing in this home! My only regret is that we could not stay longer. Our stay was amazing!

The home was beautiful and truly well appointed! So many great things including bikes, amazing beach chairs, comfy beds and great things in the kitchen. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the dolphins swimming by were a added treat my grandchildren loved. Thank you Grace, you helped us have a beautiful family vacation!

Lovely!

The photos and description of Villa Tropical say it all. The location of the home is convenient to all that Punta Gorda offers as well as offers easy access to the harbor for boaters. The current description omits a newly installed boat dock with power and water. Our 2-month stay allowed us to meet the wonderful and welcoming neighbors that made Villa Tropical feel like home. Additionally, as a host, Grace is readily available and responsive with a willingness to make your stay everything it should be.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation house

We had a wonderful 10 days in this house. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool looking out on the peaceful canals, with everything from boats to herons to dolphins passing by. The house and outdoor terrasse are roomy enough for 2 families, with a great, well-stocked kitchen and a large outdoor BBQ/eating/pool area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and large. Grace was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We would come back again gladly!

Wonderful place

The home is beautiful - everything the pictures show and more. It couldn’t be better furnished or equipped. Everything you might need is there. But often the true test of a good place to stay is when something goes work. As home owners we all know that inevitably at some point things break. Well we arrived and something broke. What was amazing and special was how immediately responsive Grace was. She immediately understood the problem and had a specialist service person there within an hour (at 7pm at night). The problem was fixed and our stay was delightful. Couldn’t be more positive about the entire stay and all our interactions.

Beautiful Home

Recently stayed in this home with my wife and three teenagers. Grace is a fabulous host- very accommodating and great communication throughout. My wife is extremely picky and found the house to be very clean. Grace's house is in a nice neighborhood on a cul de sac. Open floor plan with windows throughout so you can look out at the water. The best feature was the lanai and pool area. The property sits at the intersection of the channel so we had a beautiful panoramic view of the water. We loved sitting outside watching boats pass by--- and dolphins jumping early in the morning and at dusk. I would highly recommend this house.

Best stay in Florida!

We had a wonderful time in this quiet, clean and incredibly well equipped house. The pool is spectacular. You can see the dolphins swimming in the canal and the house is beautiful on the inside. The house has everything including four bikes and two fishing poles. We've stayed in several VRBOs and Grace was by far the most supportive, active and thoughtful host we've had. Can't wait to go back next year!

Perfect Getaway

Villa Tropical was the perfect getaway for our family! Grace is extremely responsive and answered our questions and clearly cares about her guests! The views from the lanai are breathtaking both at sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed time by the pool and the ability to cook out and dine on the lanai. The switches for the ceiling fans for the lanai are to the left of the large slider in the living room. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of pillows if you are like our family who sleep with multiple pillows. Fisherman’s Village is only a short car ride away. Lots of neat shops and several great restaurants. Harpoon Harry’s was a favorite of ours as they worked with my food allergies. There are four adult bicycles that you can also take. We weren’t quite that adventurous but did enjoy riding in the peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked so cooking meals there was a breeze! Easy drive to Peace River beach which has a small wildlife center that we enjoyed. Make sure to also check out the walking trail through the mangroves. We also enjoyed a private boat tour with Captain Al on Wilderness Boat Tours. Which is nice in this COVID time we are living in. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return to this beautiful home! You won’t be disappointed. Grace thank you again for having us.

Relaxing vacation

This was our first experience renting a home through VRBO and we were not disappointed. This home is amazing, beautifully decorated and very clean. We spent most of our time on the patio or in the pool. The owner was very helpful and available to answer any of our questions about the home and the area. We are already talking about booking again for next year.

Can't wait to go back

Just left the property after a 2 week stay and we already miss the view and the lanai!!! Loved that everything in the house was clean and new. The sunrise on the lanai is only surpassed by the afternoon on the lanai. The location can't be beat. The neighbors are friendly.
