We spent the week of Thanksgiving in this lovely home with our adult kids and their partners. It was perfect for our family. The home was well appointed and there many little details that we loved. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (loved the king beds as a group of adults). We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was very well equipped. Marc had extension cords on all the nightstands as well as in the living areas which was a great touch. The neighborhood and area were relaxed and quiet. The home was very clean, it felt like we were staying at a friend’s home vs a rental. We would definitively rent this home again! 10 out of 10.

Golden Girls Get Away

This is a lovely four bedroom home situated on a canal in a quiet neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean with attention given to detail. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Tranquil Cove

My family and I have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties and this was the best yet! So many details were thought of for guests. Everything from welcome baskets with coffee and treats to labeling light switches and cabinets, to an entryway with brochures of things to do and places to see. Appreciate all of the touches and the house was amazing. You won't be disappointed.

Nice house

This home is very nice and located in a very nice neighborhood. It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Nice location, close to downtown. There were six of us staying and had plenty of room. The pool was nice, but it is very deep so take care with little ones. Owner was very responsive. Good place to stay.

The best house we have ever rented

The class, decor, cleanliness, high quality beds, furnishings and amenities were absolutely top notch. The owner was the easiest and most pleasant to deal with of anyone we have ever rented from. Every last detail was attended to in a helpful, flexible and easy way. The house is beautiful with everything we could ever want in it and no clutter. Everything was modern and beautiful. Four BRs with a king bed and huge tv in each made all of my young adult children and us very happy. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the owner is to deal with, as well as everything about this house.

Family Get Away

This property was perfect for our multi family get away. House was immaculately clean, room to space out, great sized pool, fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you might need, plenty of plates /cups. There were multiple pool floats and beach equipment. Our favorite part was that EVERYTHING was labeled. It was very convenient to know where everything was and where everything went. We look forward to returning 😀

Perfect Florida Getaway!!

We stayed in Punta Gorda for my families spring break vacation. This house was perfect. The house is decorated beautifully and they truly have thought of everything, from blow-dryers in every bathroom, beach toys, chairs & umbrella, bikes, dishes for inside and poolside, every cabinet in the kitchen is labeled with what is in them. The pool and lanai area has plenty of space to enjoy outside with our group of 8. This home is in a nice, conveniently located neighborhood. Minutes from the downtown area and Fishermans Village there was plenty to do. We went to several different beaches nearby, some were a little farther but an easy drive. We just had one question while we were there, and I texted the owner and he was quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this home, and will rent again.

Excellent week with family!

Stayed for a week in late Feb 2023. Not enough words to describe how amazing this property is. House is very well maintained, detailed booklet greets you at entry, everything in kitchen is labeled, plenty of extra supplies provided, including garbage bags/TP/tissues, covered parking available, fishing poles and gear, bicycles/helmets, pool toys, beach toys, TV's everywhere, screened in pool, the list goes on and on. And a bucket of snacks provided to you! Hosts were easy to communicate with in advance of arrival (didn't need them while we were there). Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Would 1000% recommend staying here. Looking forward to our next visit!

In a word...FABULOUS!

I am the coordinator of a large Gymnastics competition that was held at the nearby Event Center and we were in need of accommodations for several of our judges. Rather than have each of them stay in a single hotel room, I decided a house with separate bedrooms might be better as they all knew each other socially anyway. This beautiful waterfront home was way beyond their expectations and they LOVED it! The furnishings were so tasteful, the beds were super comfy, the outdoor patio surrounding the pool was the perfect ending to a 13 hour day of judging gymnasts. The house was spotless and very large. One night they just all congregated in the family room and relaxed, the other night was poolside with refreshments. The neighborhood is gorgeous, every home is waterfront. Plenty of fridge and freezer space, pool and beach toys, and an entire laundry room! There was only one unanimous complaint from the judges....that they had to leave so early in the morning and returned so late at night that they did not have a chance to really enjoy everything this amazing home offered. Still, the comfort and tranquility was much appreciated. The owner was most accommodating and helpful in every aspect. Many thanks for providing exactly the oasis needed for some very tired officials.

Dad’s 90th birthday

My family came to Punta Gorda to celebrate our Dad’s 90th birthday. The house was perfect. Dining room accommodated all 8 of us. There were 2 living room spaces to break off into smaller groups. Bedrooms were very clean and the bed was motorized so you could sit up in bed, watch TV and drink your coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. The location is excellent - 8 minute drive to all the restaurants in downtown Punta Gorda. Next time my family is in town visiting Dad, we will definitely stay here.

Fantastic house, perfect for our group!

I have traveled to Punta Gorda 3 times in the past year with several relatives to visit family in the area. This is by far the best house we've stayed in. The kitchen was VERY well-equipped: appliances, dishes, cookware, serving dishes, and even basic spices. Everything was well-labeled (incuding light switches) to make things super-easy for the guests. We did have to leave early due to Hurricane Ian, and our host was extremely flexible with accomodating our departure. We would absolutely stay here again!
