Stan was an excellent host. Any concern or question we had was addressed in a timely manner. We only got to go into the hot tub because it was too cold. We did mention the pool and hot tub could use railing and he appreciated our concern.

Wonderful Winter Get Away!House, pool and spa were beautiful and the weather was great! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Punta Gorda. Stan was great to work with - quick response time. Definately would stay here in the future. Thank you for sharing your home!

Home away from home

My husband and I were looking for a place to relax for a few days and this house was perfect! The home was clean, modern and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were our favorite! The communication with the owners was great. We would highly recommend this home away from home.

Perfect vacation

The house is beautiful and the host communication was excellent. We enjoyed the home and the area for 10 days around Christmas and New Year’s. The pool and hot tub were used daily and everyone had a nice time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Property in Deep Creek

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, and the pool was perfect. The kitchen island is so large and was a great place to gather. The master bathroom walk in shower was large and spacious. The owner thought of everything - offering beach chairs and towels for your trip to the beach. The neighborhood is a short drive to downtown Punta Gorda. (10 minutes) We loved the Fisherman's Village for shopping and dining. And we also took day trips to Naples (about 1 hour away) and Englewood Beach (about 45 minutes away). The owner is very responsive and easy to contact via text. Thank you Sue & Stan for a wonderful week in Florida. We will definitely stay again when we come to visit family!

Beautiful home; great location!

We had to fill the propane tank before we could use the grill. At times, Alexa was not responsive to our requests to turn the spa on or off. Other than that, everything was great.

Escape from winter’s snow and wind

This is a well designed and comfortable residence. Cool temperatures kept us from using the pool but the hot tub was a great way to end the day. We enjoyed the area and travelled to five area beaches for different adventures each day of our stay.

Great Place to stay when escaping the cold weather of Wisconsin in January

Very nice & clean home in Punta Gorda. Quiet neighborhood. Had a bit of a crazy start arriving a couple of hours early and not being able to get the spa started & pool to warm up but Stan was there to help us every step of the way to walk us through it. Loved the full kitchen set up. We were able to chose whether we wanted to eat in & dine out. Was glad I read the reviews before we arrived so I could bring our supplies such as dishwasher/ dish soap ,hand soap, extra toilet paper, tissue, plastic bags & paper towels Thanks for your hospitality Stan &Sue

Amazing place to stay.

It was a great place to stay the week. Its a very nice clean home with a great pool and hot tub. The toddler fence and the shallow part of the pool was amazing for our children. The owners where great to communicate with.

Fantastic property- will book again

We loved every minute of our one week stay. The home was clean, comfortable, pretty and modern. The pool area was amazing. We appreciated the laundry room so we didn’t have to pack dirty clothes home. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach umbrella. We went to the beach several days and it was nice to borrow the equipment. The owner is friendly, respectful and responsive. We will return the next time we travel to Florida. I highly recommend this rental to anyone. You get more than you pay for..,worth every dollar!

Great House

Just spent 3 weeks here and it was very good. New property with everything working and that new property smell. Location was good, 45 mins to our regular beach. Plenty of shopping and restaurants available. Great communications with Stan. Probably the best house I have rented in 20 years of vacations. Thank you.

This is a great, new house for 2 or 3 couples or just a single couple like us.

Peaceful Punta (Deep Creek)

Beautiful new home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Super easy access from I-75, and just minutes to downtown Punta. Great communication with the owners and easiest possible check-in/check-out process. Our 2 week stay flew by. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

We spent 9 nights at this home. It was extremely clean and in excellent condition. The pool and spa were also clean and the heat (for an additional cost) worked well. Here is what I loved: 1. Perfect size for a family of 6! Plenty of seating and nice furniture. 2. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. (Grill was dirty and we had a bit of a grease fire when we started it up but performed well the rest of the stay.) Well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils. There were a few basic pantry items like oil and a couple seasonings. Filtered water from the fridge was a huge bonus! 3. Bathrooms are spacious and had plenty of space for our toiletries. Master shower was great! Lots of towels in each bathroom. 4. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and decent pillows. 5. Home has a beach umbrella, several beach chairs, 6 beach towels and a small cooler. 6. Quiet & safe neighborhood. 7. Great communication from the owner. 8. Checkout was one of the easiest we have had at a VRBO. I really appreciate owners who don’t give a huge list of things to do the morning you leave. Some cons: 1. Not the most convenient location if you want to be out and about a lot. There were some fast food restaurants and grocery stores close to the home. Beaches are quite a drive (we knew this when booking but it’s worth mentioning). We found we really enjoyed downtown Punta Gorda and that was also a bit of a drive. 2. Not a lot of supplies will be provided. We had a starter of 1 dishwasher pod, an almost empty dish soap, almost empty bottle of laundry detergent, a couple extra rolls of TP per bathroom, an extra roll of paper towels, 2 garbage sacks, hand soap at each sink although 2 were almost empty. I had previously asked what to expect for supplies so I came with extra of each of these items but I wanted to make sure it was in a review for future renters to have a heads up. Overall, this is one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. If you want a quiet place to relax, this is your spot. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family traveling to the area!

Perfect Christmas!

Great place to stay if your looking to just chill out in the hot tub and pool! Stan was awesome and answered all our questions quick. It had everything we needed to cook and such and it was furnished so beautifully. Thanks Stan and Sue! We loved your place!
