Retired on vacation together

This property was beautifully decorated and clean. The amenities provided were beyond exceptional. The location of the property geographically sits with a beautiful view. The host was very attentive. This property hit it out of the park and we will absolutely visit again

We had a wonderful time at Port Charlotte. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool - it was so warm and the view was beautiful. We would highly recommend this house for others.

Perfection!

This was the most beautiful place we have rented yet through Vrbo! From the amenities to the interior design everything was wonderful! Our hosts were very easy to work with, answered questions quickly and made sure our stay was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of towels, appliances were state of the art, and they had plenty of supplies for cooking at the house. The pool was wonderful and overlooked the canal. They had chairs for laying outside alongside the canal (which we saw plenty of fish, manatee and other sea life) and even some kayaks. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family vacation

Had the most amazing week with our family. This was the best rental we have ever stayed in. The house was fully stocked and being on the water with a private pool. My family is already talking about going back next year. This will be be a annual tradition

3 week stay

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-week holiday at this beautiful home. Property is exactly as listed and has everything you could ever imagine needing during your stay. We stayed over Valentine's Day and we were greeted with roses, chocolates and fruit as a welcome package from the hosts. We felt very safe and enjoyed the water views. Home is in close proximity to everything we wanted to experience in the area. Beata & Mario are wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with via text.

Best Vrbo I have ever stayed in

This was absolutely the best Verbo rental I’ve ever stayed in over the years. Beata, the host was so responsive with anything that you needed, there were beautiful surprises when we walked into the door, which was so welcoming, the place itself is amazing, great fishing, great pool, and just absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. I loved this place we stayed for eight days and never even left to go to the beach. Best vacation ever we will be back.

Port charlotte

We have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years but this one was exceptional. Very beautiful and welcoming. Our host surprised us with champagne, flowers,candy and fruit for our 29th wedding anniversary and my brother in law’s birthday. We hope to come back next year. Highly recommend this house and our hosts

Fantastic!

Everything was perfect and the gift of flowers, chocolates, wine and fruit was so thoughtful! Beata and Mario were great to communicate with and she even managed our Instacart delivery so we didn’t have to grocery shop after arriving. The accommodations were very comfortable and the views were beautiful!

Mom and girls trip

This was an annual trip with mother and three daughters. The home was absolutely gorgeous with every amenity needed. Lots of time lounging in the beautiful pool, and cards at night. No need to leave the property once settled in. We will definitely be back. Thanks Beata for a wonderful stay!

Paradice indeed!!

We had a perfect week at Harbour Paradice! The property itself was perfect for our stay and had everything needed for an amazing stay with no worries. All the extras that our hosts Beata and Mario did in welcoming us to their home were so thoughtful and are a welcome to any vacation. From the dozens of roses, chocolates, wine and a personal touch welcoming us we could not have asked for a better time this past visit and look forward to another stay soon. We highly recommend visiting here if you can.

Port Charlotte getaway

The property is exactly as the photos depict. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away yet close to everything needed. We found the hosts to be attentive to our needs and quickly responded to any communication, which was very much appreciated. Everything was in working order and functioned well. The pool and view is very special!

Great place!

This house is great-I've rented lots of homes over the years and I have to say- this was the best stocked place! Everything you need is there- it's clean- quiet- great location-- the manager was great- easy check in! I highly recommend this place- a few things could change - bit not much- like a king bed-- 😀. Wonderful New Year’s Holiday

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The house is lovely — clean, modern and updated, and well appointed. The setting is fantastic. Great views of the bay from inside and out. Our kids loved the pool, and the owners accommodated our requests to increase the temperature for your young boys. We really had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others (and already have!).

Port Charlotte Perfect!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The home is beyond well stocked, we had everything we needed from a high chair/portable crib for our baby to a welcome basket of fruit/snacks and Prosecco for the adults! Great location - beautiful water views, quiet neighborhood. We used the heated pool everyday, even though the weather was a bit cool. Beata and Mario are wonderful hosts, very responsive to questions and requests. I would recommend their home to anyone!

Awesome Property and Hosts!

The house, pool and outdoor area were wonderful. Extremely clean and looked just as advertised. It was quiet and relaxing...just what we were looking for for a small family get-together. Beata and Mario we awesome hosts -- always there if we needed them and we arrived to such a nice treat - fresh fruit, roses, champagne and chocolate. Thank you Beata and Mario! We had a great time and made many lasting memories!!!
