Elegant Seaview Apartment 50 metres from the beach

You are welcome to come and stay at our 3rd floor 1 bed apartment which is 50 metres from the beach front, the high street, a supermarket and 200 metres from the port. It is on a quiet residential side street, a stones' throw from the town centre. The apartment has been recently redecorated in a light / bright colour scheme. There are large floor 2 ceiling windows in both the living dining room and bedroom; a sofa bed in the living room and double bed in the bedroom. Linen and towels are included. The kitchenette facilities include oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a gas hob. It is a quiet spacious luminous setting with views of the sea, with sun streaming in all day. Techie bits include wifi (pay as you go) and cable tv. We contribute a base amount towards wifi which would suffice calls and basic usage, but as activities vary, each tenant will have to top it up if they exceed our contribution. Extras include private locked shaded parking for two cars.
