Adriana was very helpful before and during our stay - most importantly, she was always available even one evening when we had an emergency with my 85 yr old father and helped us arrange a visit from the hotel doctor. Breakfast by Candy and Kathia was also incredible. The pool and facilities at the Four Seasons were excellent.

The home was beautiful, quite like the pictures on the website. The housekeepers were wonderful with delicious breakfasts each day, catered to the likes of our family. The house was conveniently located although golf carts were quite necessary.

Wonderful time at avanti

Wonderful villa and we can't wait to come back. Everything went smoothly and we enjpyed everything at the villa. Loved the pool and hot tub and eating breakfast outdoors and whale watching. A very memorable vacation. Everyone had fun.

Couples trip to Punta Mita

Our group of four couples went to the Four Seasons Punta Mita for a multiple birthday celebration and had a fantastic trip. The daily breakfast service was perfect for our group. We also had a private chef for on the the evenings and it was wonderful. The condo was exactly as described and the pool on the back patio was perfect for relaxing with a cocktail, we even saw whales from the patio. Our concierge helped to arrange all of this, including two four passenger golf carts (highly recommend). We went to multiple beach resorts (all by golf cart). The lazy river day was a favorite. The spa was very very nice as well. Also recommend the mezcal bar at sunset. Golf was a blast as well (Pacifico course). Overall a wonderful place and we hope to get back.

A Stay of a Lifetime!

We booked this immaculate property for 4 couples for my husband's 60th birthday. Everything about our stay was first class. Adriana our concierge helped us set up before and during our stay. She helped us with transportation, in-house massages, reservations and was available to help all our guests throughout our stay. Regis assisted us with our menus, food and drinks. Everything was so fresh and no detail was missed. The property had so many "gathering" areas and we used them all. The kitchen was beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms all unique and spacious and the natural sunlight throughout the house was gorgeous. The conversations, laughs and memories we made were priceless. Our chefs/housekeepers, Margarita and Candy were on time, created beautiful breakfasts and covertly kept the place clean and tidy. The golf carts and access to the Four Seasons and St. Regis were appreciated. The views from the property were second to none and we felt like we were up there alone. We never heard or saw our neighbors. Our stay went so smoothly because of our "team" of helpers. Everyone was able to relax, unwind and enjoy the stay of a lifetime. We will definitely be back!

Paradise!

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our week in this villa and the staff made it a real vacation for all! The villa was spotless and all of the resort amenities meant no one was ever bored. We had a chef for most breakfasts and several dinners and even enjoyed room service one night. We will recommend this villa to others and hope to return soon!

Perfection in Punta Mita

From beginning to end, this place was perfect! All communication prior to the stay was a breeze, checking in was amazing, and we didn't want to leave! Our host was always available and ready to assist. The daily breakfast chefs were truly amazing and a highlight of our trip! The french toast was superb! All recommendations were spot on. The addition of the golf carts is a must! We drove right into town and enjoyed our favorite Tuna Blanca and others. The Four Seasons property is always wonderful. This was our 4th time to visit, but first using the VRBO. We were nervous as to how it would work not booking directly with Four Seasons. It was a breeze and we were never treated anything less than the normal amazing Four Seasons service at every turn. I can not say enough great things about this experience and would recommend to anyone!

Couples getaway

We were 5 couples traveling for a little getaway. Each couple had their own suite and thoroughly enjoyed the property and everything it had to offer! Breakfast as a group was the perfect way to begin each day in our little slice of paradise…and then we would head to the pool, or beach for a day of r&r. We will definitely be returning! Adriana was such an amazing help and made everything so easy (dinner reservations, golf carts, airport transportation…) Thank you!!!

Family Celebration

My wife and kids along with extended family absolutely enjoyed celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It did not disspoint as the kids enjoyed the pool and the property had a perfect layout which allowed for 3 couples to have thier own rooms while the kids enjoyed their space. The chef and staff that took care of us while we were at the property were amazing. We will be back.

Perfect family vacay

Best Location in Punta Mita

With its beautiful landscapes, great food and activities, and access to several awesome beaches, Punta Mita has become our favorite beach travel destination. This was made even better with our recent stay at Villa Avanti. From the moment we booked it, Regis the property manager was in regular contact with us, helping us arrange everything from airport transportation, to golf cart rentals, restaurant reservations, and grocery delivery. Everything was taken care of before our arrival. The Villa itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for two families. We loved eating breakfast out on the patio which has the prettiest views of the water and sunsets. The kids loved playing in the plunge pool and hot tub. The sweet housekeeping team also provides delicious full breakfasts each morning which helped us so much in getting everyone up and ready for the days activities. The property is located within the Four Seasons resort which includes so many amenities beyond those already included in the Punta Mita club membership. The villa is less than a 5 min golf cart drive down to the resort which has the best beach, several pools, restaurants, spa, fitness center, and a kids club. All part of the villa rental. Having stayed at several spots around PM, we all agreed this was our favorite. We are so grateful for the opportunity we had to spend a week at Villa Avanti and we will definitely stay there again.
