Very hospitable, incredible view, and very clean and well-kept property. The neighborhood and location are a bit unreal -- a luxurious, tropical paradise with all of the amenities and joys of Punta Mita. We rented two units in the same block, and it was perfect for our large group.

The overall stay was good. The golf cart was not and very difficult to steer, not having power steering. The neighbors to the right facing the unit/ocean, were disruptive and had domestic arguments outside making it unpleasant for us to be in the pool or to sit outside. The housekeeper was amazing and breakfast every day was delicious. The concierge team were also attentive.

Perfect Mexico Getaway

We were looking for an easy getaway for two families with five kids in Mexico for school spring break, and found exactly what we were looking for with this place. From booking to pre-travel concierge services, airport arrival and transportation, to housekeeping and delicious local breakfasts prepared each day, this was a perfect escape. The Porta Fortuna community was safe and accessible to all the in-gates beach clubs as well as town for local oceanfront dinners. The kids loved the pool and golf carts (had to rent separately), perfect beaches for swimming, body surfing, and relaxing. We will be back and couldn't recommend this unit and rental agency enough.

Perfect home for luxury vacation

Not only does this house look and feel luxurious, the space has a really great vibe. The description and photos are accurate. The space is bright and felt airy, with all bedroom and living room doors opening all the way up for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet (though AC in downstairs King room is a little loud), had adequate number of linens, as well as beach/pool towels for use. The bunk bedroom had surprisingly more space than we expected for four adults, including a spacious bathroom. The common space was great for group gathering. The kitchen seemed to have everything, however with a breakfast chef and us venturing out during the day, we really did not use the kitchen more than to dig into a few leftovers and to make cocktails. The house comes with a giant water jug machine so there was always fresh, filtered water (bring re-usable water bottle). The house seemed to have reliable WiFi the whole time, and was wired with various zones for playing music via Sonos. Adriana, our concierge, was incredibly helpful, positive, and responsive - both as we planned for the visit as well as at all times during our stay. Everything Adriana coordinated for us, from reservations to grocery delivery before arrival, was easy and exactly as expected. Our housekeeper / breakfast chef, Abigail, was also very friendly, trustworthy, and great at her job - especially preparing over-the-top, sit-down breakfasts that were delicious!!! I highly suggest renting a golf cart for the duration of the visit. With the golf cart, the house location made it easy to zip over to all of the area beach clubs, other properties w/in Punta Mita, and to go in/out of the local town just outside the gates. It is also easy to walk to Sufi club for pool time or dinner. The area is very safe with access only to registered guests in the entire Punta Mita gated area, as well as guards checking registration within the villa community of this house. We are all well-traveled adults that appreciate the finer things. This property, staff, and overall destination absolutely felt luxurious!

Amazing property in Punta Mita!

We loved our stay at Porta Fortuna X6 - the house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the pool was heated to perfection, and the view (so many whales!) was breathtaking. Both the concierge and chef/housekeeper were excellent as well. Would absolutely return!

Fantastic experience and the house was amazing with a great view. Cook was great, the kids loved the babysitter, and the concierge was accessible almost 24 hours a day. Only issue I had was with water temperature, but they just had a hurricane a few days before, so, I'll give them a pass for this.

Relaxing Getaway in Paradise

We had such a wonderful time at this casita. The Porta Fortuna neighborhood within the gated Punta Mita resort community is gorgeous. The casita is within walking distance of the Sufi restaurant and beach club -- we never made it to the Sufi beach club but we did eat at Sufi one night. Amazing dinner! The house rental comes with the Premier Membership which means that you have access to all the beach clubs except for the one at the Four Seasons. We were a party of 8, with 4 kids between the ages of 6-10. They enjoyed being at the St. Regis and Pacifico beach clubs. There are waves at both clubs, so they could surf and boogie board while also taking advantage of the pools (and playground at Pacifico). The mosquitos were in full force during our July 2022 trip, but we got some mosquito repellant at the farmacia in town which helped. Abigail made us breakfast and cleaned the house everyday. She even brought some pool toys for the kids which was so very nice of her. Adriana and her concierge team were very communicative and responsive during our trip. They helped us out with everything from securing dinner reservations, catering, surf and SUP boards, and the golf cart rentals. One thing that surprised us is that they only work with one catering company in the Porta Fortuna community. When we have stayed in Hacienda de Mita, (past three years), we would have a few dinners catered by Hector's -- which is really amazing. We only found out a few days before we arrived that Hector's was not an authorized caterer there. We were really bummed but ended up going to Hector's and eating at the restaurant instead. All in all, we had such a wonderful time in paradise. The house was gorgeous, comfortable, and homey. Adriana and the concierge team made sure that we were able to do everything on our list.

Spectacular Stay at Villa Porta Fortuna!

We had an amazing week in this gorgeous house looking out at the ocean from the beautiful main floor and upstairs bedrooms, swimming in the very private pool, relaxing in the private hot tub, visiting all of the nearby beach clubs and generally feeling pampered and decadent. The Villa comes with access to five beach clubs, including the Sufi beach club just a block away and the Sea Breeze at the St. Regis. We also ventured outside the gates to everyone's favorite, El Surf Club, on multiple days for excellent surfing and boogie boarding at La Lancha. Abigail prepared scrumptious breakfasts every morning and Adriana and her team were incredibly helpful and responsive with everything from providing extra groceries to making (and changing!) multiple dinner reservations. It was a perfect week and we will return and stay again at the Villa at Porta Fortuna.

Amazing location, beautiful home!

We had an amazing time at the property. It’s exactly as pictured. Super clean, gorgeous views. The only downside is you definitely need a golf cart if you are staying here and you have to pay for that separately. We do wish it came with a cart. Make sure you book one. Also the Four Seasons isn’t included in the beach clubs you can visit but you can go there for dinner/drinks! And the St Regis beach club you have access to is great. The whole area is super safe and they have gates and security throughout. We were really impressed with it and felt very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was DIVINE. Oh my gosh I wish we miss the chef / maid! She was wonderful. Adriana was great and helped so much with pre-arrival and booking activities. Take a boat out if you have time! And visit Sayulita for the day. We can’t wait to return.

Sophisticated elegant homey hole in Punta Mita!

WOW! Our amazing experience of this gorgeous home started weeks before our arrival. The house manager and his staff made the arrival process absolutely seamless, the transfer was there waiting with a smile early, they had groceries delivered, they arranged a cook for all our morning feasts before we embarked on the long days of adventured filled days and even cleaned up squeaky clean after we felt lazy. Upon opening the front door you are greeted by huge ceilings that have two beautiful jelly fish like hanging chandeliers, then you immediately see the view to the ocean as far as Puerto Vallarta and the islands 12 miles out at see through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that are as wide as the entire home. All the furniture is very naturally sophisticated using what appears to be locally sourced wood, with a massive hardwood dinning table, big mirrors that reflect the ocean view and light back into the home, and awesome artwork inspired by local roots and scenery. The master bedroom has a super cool grey washed four post wood framed bed with a huge balcony. We all choose homes located in fabulous locations yet I also choose homes for nice features such as the big hot tub next to the master bedroom upstairs looking over the ocean and the modern pool below which is a blast to hop in and relax, once your done having fun in the pool, then you can take a hot shower outside to rinse off next to the out door bbq/ kitchen. This place is ridiculous. The private pier is a few steps away down the hill and adjacent to the best restaurant in all of Mexico, called “Sufi”. The house even comes with a private golf cart to access all the surf spots and many other gorgeous beaches nearby. This lovely home blew our minds how incredible it was and it’s always rewarding to be spoiled by such a nice staff of very genuine locals who would be honored to help you with anything you desire. We all have separation anxiety from this home and are planning a two week stay very soon. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you for everything! See you soon.

A little slice of heaven in Punta Mita at Porta Fortuna

I can't say enough about home X6 in Porta Fortuna. We stayed for 10 nights at the busiest time of year in Punta Mita and everything was perfect. The house was cleaned to perfection. All staff always had on their masks (COVID), were asking us what we needed and were in constant contact with us daily. Abaigail (our housekeeper as well as cook for breakfast) freshly squeezed juice for us daily and made us everything from scratch and to order. Adrianna and Regis were on top of everything. From the initial booking to our pickup at the airport, groceries, making sure groceries were adequate to enough water and on and on. Truly, I can't say enough. The proximity to Sufi and Sufi Beach Club and pier made it hard to go anywhere else. Its a 1 min walk to the beach club and a 5 min walk to the golf club. The location was made it easy when we rented a boat for a day as well as jet skis for a few hours. I highly recommend X6 to anyone that wants a first class experience and the privacy of a house and a pool. We had 6 people so everyone had a bedroom (2 guests shared a room with 2 beds). We had plenty of space, bathrooms and views of the bay with the whales and babies jumping and playing all day long.

The BEST spot in Punta Mita!!!

We had a reunion weekend with friends and stayed at this property in Porta Fortuna. It was absolutely phenomenal and has everything you could possibly want — swimming pool, hot tub, grill, view, ideal location and beautiful appointments throughout the home. The property has been impeccably maintained and has clearly been updated compared to some other properties inside the gates. The property manager was incredibly gracious and available if you need anything, which we honestly didn’t — this property has it all!! We are coming back next year and absolutely staying here again. Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful Private Villa

This was such a wonderful place to stay! We loved having the private pool for the kids. The view is phenomenal of Banderas Bay and the home was a fantastic size. My husband took advantage of the premier golf membership and we visited E Surf Club and Sufi many times throughout the stay in our rented golf cart. It was so fun’. Definitely going back!

Incredible Mexico Retreat

We were looking for the perfect place and we found it! This incredible house has it all and is located in the perfect location with access to everything Punta Mita has to offer! Thank you Regis for all your help making this the perfect vacation! We are already planning to stay longer next time! We are definitely coming back soon!
