The only problems that New Years week is extremely crowded -- we were not able to enjoy any of the beach clubs because they were filled by 10am. The house is lovely -- well equipped and comfortable and the services -- concierge and housekeeping were excellent. I wil not book on holiday in Punta Mita ever again

Second time staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone spending time in Punta Mita. It comes with all the amenities you could ask for, is very clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a bonus with 4 girls.

Great for a family

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids range in age from 1.5 to 9. They loved riding in the golf cart and the local beach clubs were great. The one thing that was challenging is stroller access around the property - couldn’t just take the baby for a walk around the condo area because of the stairs and the cobblestone roads. Irene was super friendly and the kids loved her pancakes every morning!

Absolute perfection

I can't speak highly enough of our experience at Hacienda and our concierge team. They were prompt, flexible, and knowledgeable. The condo was clean and lovely, and our breakfasts were delicious. The location was convenient to the beach clubs inside of the gate and the shopping and dining beyond the gate. We look forward to renting this unit again when we return to Punta Mita. Thanks so much to all for a wonderful trip.

Amazing Ocean-View Condo

We loved our stay at Hacienda de Mita! The ground level condo was perfect for our group: 4 adults and 4 kids. Being able to walk right out to the pool in front of the condo was amazing. The kids swam every morning before breakfast (cooked by our fabulous chef, Alicia) and then we took advantage of all of the beach clubs in the afternoon. The concierge was so helpful and helped us arrange 3 in-condo chef dinners as well as transportation for several excursions. The condo itself was immaculate with huge bedrooms. The outdoor patio was the perfect hang-out spot. We traveled with another family of 8 who stayed at the ground-floor condo next door and it was so nice to be able to easily walk back and forth between the condos. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. We would love to return to Hacienda de Mita and stay in this condo again.

Great Property. Loved having the pool on the main floor. I've stayed at other properties at HDM that are much higher priced because the finish-out is a little nicer, there are robes in the bathrooms, etc. However, for the money, this place was amazing.

This is a great condo. There are 4 bedrooms, condo can accommodate up to 8. very well decorated and all items you would need. golf cart and housekeeper that cooks excellent meals (Mallely was great). I would highly recommend for family or group trips. Walk right out to the pool, everything is very convenient. I will definitely return

Family of 7, loved the access straight out to the pool. Our housekeeper/breakfast cook was spectacular. Walking distance to town and we loved the surf beach club, great for beginner surfers with a sandy beach/no rocks.

Amazing Unit

The property and unit is perfectly situated inside the gates of Punta Mita, it's walkable to town through a private guest gate. Very clean and spacious, we were two families of 4 and never felt like we were squished. The kitchen has all the amenities to create a great dinner. Beds in all of the rooms are comfortable and the closet space is plentiful. The property owner and the concierge service were extremely attentive and accommodating. Would return in a heart beat!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

My family of 5 had the best stay at this property. The listing description is very accurate and accounts for all the benefits of this property. Our breakfast and cleaning service was top notch and my kids loved the pool was right outside the back door. The one small detail is that isn't mentioned is the noise level expectations of the property. I appreciate the quiet hours of 10 PM-8 AM but even during the day, we were asked a few times to keep our voices down while my kids played in the pool and while walking around. That seemed to be difficult with three children 12 and under. Other than that little detail, everything was spectacular and we will be returning.

Great location and experience

This was our 3rd trip to Hacienda de Mita, we love the location and facilities. However, this specific condo was definitely not at the same quality as others. It had lower quality/cheap furnishings and beds. They also did not include many amenities that make a trip fun - no music/Sonos system, no pool/beach toys for kids, no cards/games available to play. I will probably not rent this specific condo again and look to some others with a better overall experience.
