Amazing apartment!

We have stayed in quite a few apartments in Punta Mita and this is the best one we have stayed in! It is spacious, nicely appointed, super quiet being on the top floor and has breathtaking views of the ocean. The concierge service is excellent and everything we requested was organized perfectly. We plan to return!

this is our 3rd time in PM in the last 18 months but 1st time we have stayed at this residence and it was fantastic. Maite, Fernando and Celina took care of all the arrangements perfectly and Vanessa's food and hospitality was excellent. The entire property is spotless and so is this unit. View from the penthouse is spectacular. We will be back.

Loved it here!

We stayed here in February 2024 to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. I will be back for sure. The unit is as pictured and lovely. We worked with the Concierge to organize snorkeling, dinner reservations, massages, grocery shopping. A few things to note: 1) the Marietta island’s snorkeling tour was fantastic. (we did not go to the secret beach) We met guide right outside the gates close to unit and boarded boat directly from there (no ride needed). We saw many humpback whales on our way to the snorkeling site and the guides were great at pointing them out, stopping for us to watch them dive and breach. An unexpected amazing site. 2) massages were great and very reasonably priced. We did 3 people at the same time. They brought their tables, music, candles etc. 3) the golf courses were 100% full due to a member/guest tournament. Golfed at flamingo and enjoyed it. 4) beach clubs were fun! Kupuri my favorite but windy. The surf beach club has a fun vibe but no pool (and a minimum purchase). Had apps and cocktails early evening for sunset. Lovely. All have restaurants/ drinks. 5) pickleball courts rentable 6) They made guac/chips/salsa each day (even days we didn’t have lunch made). Don’t buy extra. 7) buy alcohol at duty free 8) can Uber from/to the town near unit. (To golf or airport) 9) concierge prior to stay was great ( a woman) but during visit we only saw the guy for unit when we checked. Unresponsive.

Great Summer Vacation

Every year we look for new places to know with my family and our best friends family. Total 4 adults and 4 kids. The place was just perfect. We had a great view of the bay from the penthouse. Because it was low season the building was almost empty and we has the pool just for us. The beach clubs and very close and easy access with the golf cart. Each one give you a different experience so be sure to try them all. We only went to the ones that did not had a minimum spend requirement. The lady that did the cooking was great. Very friendly and always on time. Only problem that is not her fault, is that she is brought by the rental company at around 9 am. So breakfast was always 9:30-10. A little late for our liking. The food selection is a limited and almost all options are spicy. Something that with kids can be a problem. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and with a great bathroom. The third room has 2 queen beds which worked for our young kids but if you are expecting a 4th bedroom you may have a surprise. The so call 4th bedroom is a bunk beds inside the laundry room. It smells and I would not advice sleeping there. The concierge was very responsive and cordial. Help us made reservations for local restaurants and a snorkeling tour. Everything was great. Be sure to try the local restaurant. We had amazing food. Our favorite was Hector’s Kitchen. But also Mina was very good for traditional Mexican food. Overall, great family friendly.

Wonderful week in Paradise!

Such a wonderful family time in Punta Mita at this gorgeous penthouse condo. Views for days and proximity to town and our favorite beach clubs was perfect. Our teenagers loved every minute. Nelly was fantastic and if you can take advantage of her breakfast and lunch we highly recommend. Fish tacos were our favorite and her banana cake was divine. Carlo helped us with all of our excursions and we recommend Marieta Islands trip, surf lessons at surf beach, fishing, and zip lining. Five star stay and we can't wait to return!

Great Experience

Punta Mita is an ideal family vacation spot with so much to offer and this condo was in the perfect location. We were just steps from town and restaurants, as well as a short golf cart ride from all of the beach clubs. The best part of our condo was Nelle, who cooked and cleaned for us which, let’s be honest, is one of the best parts about vacation. The place felt clean and everything worked well. Would stay here again.

Family of 5 Spring Break at Hacienda de Mita

This was a perfect trip for our adventurous family. The Penthouse condo was perfect and we saw whales jumping from the spectacular balcony. We all 5 learned to surf, and zip lining was a family favorite too. The Pacific Beach club was our favorite as well. This was truly 5 stars, two things I wish I would have been aware of. 1) The daily cooking and cleaning was such a treat especially for my wife, who so enjoyed not having to plan or clean up anything. I would note, the breakfasts are served at 9:30, and for me was late getting my day started. So, I would not have scheduled as many breakfasts as I did. 2) the golf cart that comes with the condo was not as high end as my taste would enjoy. I drive a truck and like big vehicles. The golf cart was not to my liking and the concierge helped me rent a supped up ICON cart that was perfect. Honestly, the cost for the rental was not that much, so I would recommend the owner simply recommend renters reserve a golf cart through the concierge. I would not want to be responsible to provide and maintain a cart for weekly renters, and it’s better for us to simply rent that separately. Again, this was an amazing vacation that I hope we will be back soon. One more thing, I would not go fishing, the cost was significant and several of the family got sea sick, and we are a boating family.

Exceeded Expectations

It was our first visit to Punta Mita but it won't be our last. We loved our place at Hacienda De Mita. The cook was awesome and working with the concierge , Jesus made our trip really easy and perfect. He lined up all the excursions, dinner reservations and was in constant communication. We loved watching the surfers from our balcony everyday.

Amazing house at a great location!

This house was exactly as pictured and better in person. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds comfortable! The included chef and housekeeping made everything so much better. The concierge and checking process was super easy and stress free. The included golf cart was the best way to get around the neighborhood and to the other pools/beach clubs. We all had a blast. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay

We had a terrific time in Punta Mita. This was our second visit and stay in Hacienda de Mita. Our concierge (Cynthia) was attentive and professional. Our housekeeper (Nellie) made our stay very enjoyable. This particular property was exactly as described, with wonderful views. The condo is very well furnished and extremely comfortable, a short walk or golf cart ride to town. Access the various beach clubs made each day a little different. The golf courses are spectacular too! We look forward to our return to this terrific vacation destination.

Summer Family Vacation

Beautiful property even better than the advertised pictures. Kind, friendly staff that made our stay wonderful. The provided golf cart made for easy travel within the property to the many beach clubs and restaurants. Having the groceries brought in for us and having breakfast and lunch prepared daily was a real blessing and stress reliever especially when traveling with small children. We were very sad to leave and are looking forward to visiting here again.

Spectacular!

My family and I came here to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was a trip. We had the best meals with Nelly, the most incredible property manager with Cynthia and just toodled around in the golf cart to all of the different beach clubs. Best vacation ever.

Perfect Paradise

Perfect paradise! Sylvia treated us to breakfast every morning and it was delicious!! What a treat to head home with a suitcase of clean clothes - thank you Sylvia. Our concierge was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was so fast to respond and there was never a question that went unanswered. The condo’s view is spectacular! Amazing location with access to the clubs. Golf cart allowed us to access all parts of Punta Mita. Perfection!
