Perfect experience

Our return trip to Casa Agave was perfect, as expected. Beautiful unit and exactly as advertised. Hacienda de Mita and Casa Agave in particular, never disappoints. The concierge support before and during the trip was fantastic and the daily onsite staff was wonderful. We will be back again.

Perfection in Punta Mita

Everything was lovely at this Hacienda de Mita unit. This was our family's third time visiting Punta Mita, but first time at this unit. The condo was just as described and we loved it! The view was BEAUTIFUL, rooms (and bathrooms) were spacious, and we had easy access to all beach clubs. Communication with Michele and the concierge staff was a breeze. From coordinating our arrival, to answering any questions we had during our stay, to our departure, the concierge couldn't have been more helpful. Xochitl (forgive me if I misspelled her name) prepared us the most delicious meals and was so accommodating. Highly recommend this property. Muchas Gracias!!

Never long enough!

Michelle’s condo was immaculate. Suzy the chef was so sweet and made us the most delicious meals. I wanted to take her home with me! We normally stay ground floor in buildings one and two and was kinda worried it wouldn’t be great one row of buildings back and on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal at all! This condo has a beautiful ocean view and less than the others so I’d definitely stay here again! Such a great relaxing place

Beautiful Condo in Paradise

We have stayed at various condos at Hacienda de Mita over the years, and always enjoy ourselves. The complex is well situated and nicely appointed. This condo did not disappoint - it was beautiful and in a prime location. The fact that we had access to all beach clubs and a golf cart was great. Our housekeeper/cook was also very sweet. The safes do not work in the unit but I'm sure they will be fixed now that the property management company is aware. The only real issue we had was one of less than stellar communication with the property management company (be sure to follow up with them about groceries, meals, reservations etc. to be sure they have the correct info and if you order groceries check the receipts because we were almost charged for groceries for the rental from other renters the week prior), but hopefully those kinks get worked out because the unit itself was great!

The Perfect Mexican Getaway

Great Property, Great Location, Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay in #703 Hacienda de Mita in Punta de Mita, From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly and made for a relaxing stay for our group of 7 adults. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Cynthia and given a tour of the area and recommendations for meals and things to do during the day. During our stay, we enjoyed exploring the different beach clubs and loved the easy accessibility to the town to grab coffee or dinner. We also had Betty prepare breakfast a few mornings which was delicious! The golf cart was a great amenity. The resort is a large property and the cart made getting to different beaches, the fitness center, pickleball courts and around town a lot easier. The condo itself was spacious and fit our group perfectly. We definitely hope we can come back again soon! The only improvements would be a stronger and more consistent WiFi (although that may be attributed more to being in Mexico) and better air circulation in the bunk room. It got quite warm in that space at night. That said, you won't be disappointed at this destination! Thanks for a great getaway.

Absolutely amazing condo on a beautiful property. The unit is stunning, with a gorgeous view and huge balcony. Everything you need to enjoy and relax, including premier access to other clubs so you can enjoy even more! The golf cart is new and really nice! It made exploring really easy! The owner is amazing as well! Attentive and you can tell takes pride in the unit. Will be back for sure!

Great time with family and friends

HDM 703 is really nice and spacious! We had plenty of room for all 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids). The concierge and housekeeper were great and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the balcony is at was spacious with plenty of seating and a great view of the ocean. The walk-thru access gate to town was really convenient when we wanted to walk to dinner. There is NOTHING not to like about this condo!

We could not have asked for a better stay. The condo was as described and more. The staff was superb and Betty was an added bonus. We all enjoyed her meals way more than eating out. We can’t wait to go back.
