Our stay at Caida de Agua was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—not just by the beauty and layout of the home, but by the incredible service we received throughout our trip.The house itself is stunning and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone in our group their own private suite and space to relax. It was the perfect balance of comfort and luxury.But what really made our stay exceptional was the house staff. They were the cherry on top of an already perfect experience. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Mealtimes were a dream thanks to Luisa and Arnaldo—every dish they prepared was outstanding! We found ourselves raving about every bite and looking forward to each meal. Lenny was the server and made sure we were always taken care of and serviced some of the best cocktails! Bethsy made coordinating everything a breeze. From airport transfers to dinner reservations to golf tee times, she handled it all seamlessly so we could just enjoy ourselves.We’re already planning our next trip back. Caida de Agua exceeded every expectation, and we can’t wait to return!

Incredible property and the sweetest staff

We spent almost a week with 4 other families at Caida de Agua in Lagos del Mar. From the moment we walked into the villa and saw the ocean view, to the many nights we enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, our trip was incredible!! Our concierge Bethsy was an outstanding communicator and ensured our trip was memorable. Our house manager and chef were some of the best we've experienced in Punta Mita. The food was over the top, better than an restaurant in the area!! The care taken with the villa shows as everything was perfect and the rooms were beautiful. We will definitely be back to Caida de Agua! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

Spectacular

Caida de Agua is a beautiful property and the staff is absolutely 5-star. I am a member of the travel club Inspirato and this property has the best service I've experienced (for clarity, this property is not part of the Inspirato portfolio). Arnoldo and Luisa made us beautiful meals that surpassed all the meals we had at the restaurants, including Arama in the Four Seasons. Bethsy made all of our reservations and travel arrangements and it was flawless. The entire team is absolutely spectacular and they are truly wonderful, warm-hearted people we are so happy we were able get to know.

This house was perfect for our 50th birthday trip! The rooms are all private so perfect for couples, the set-up of the house is wonderful, and the staff make it so easy you don't have to lift a finger. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Great Stay for a Bach Party

My friends and I wanted a really nice house with excellent service w/ a view of the ocean and easy access to Punta Mita's amenities. This house did not disappoint. I would recommend for groups of adults up to 12 (couples, friends, etc.). The food and beverage program was excellent as well. Luisa, Arnoldo and Cesar were always serving up the best food and drinks as requested throughout the day and stay. I can't thank the team (Bethsy et al) enough for this amazing stay. You will be glad you booked Caida de Agua. It honestly took me way too long to find this house between all of the online booking engines, but glad I selected it. Wish we had a few more spicy mango margaritas and some of that excellent surf and turf, but will have to wait for our next stay.

We LOVE Caida de Agua!!!

No review that I can write will do Caida de Agua the justice that it deserves. The planning process was absolutely seamless, Bethsy is the perfect addition and was an absolute delight to work with. The house is perfection. Arnoldo, Luisa and Cesar are the most wonderful crew to make your vacation the best experience. From the moment we arrived, we had a drink in hand! The food was phenomenal, every meal was delicious. We have three younger children who eat best when we vacation at Caida de Agua. Luisa knows just how to please the whole family. We loved spending time at the beautiful pool, we truly could have not left the property. The beach club access was perfect for our family, just a quick golf cart ride away. The house is in the perfect location, easy to get to the beach clubs, Four Seasons, St. Regis and even into town. The precious ladies who serviced our rooms sent us home with all clean laundry! The service is truly unmatched. This was our fourth time staying at Caida de Agua and we can’t say enough about the wonderful people who are now like family. Our 8 year old son even told us that he wants to work for Arnoldo when he grows up. The only tough part about our trip was saying goodbye. We can’t wait to return next year!

Fantastic house, incredible staff!

The house and staff were incredible!! The food, the service, the cleanliness were all absolutely outstanding. We had small children under 2 and the staff could not have been more attentive or kind. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are each like their own suites. The swimming pool and yard are immaculate. Could not be more pleased with our stay and overall experience!! Highly, highly recommend!!

Beyond Expectations

Fabulous in every way

What an incredible place to stay. The house is even more spectacular than the photos on line portray. Our family group of 4 couples ranging in age from 27 to 62 enjoyed this vacation/belated 60th birthday (for 3 of us) celebration so much. The planning beforehand with the property owner's team was super helpful. They helped us pre-book golf tee times at both courses, a catamaran sunset cruise, a trip to the Marieta Islands with snorkeling and a swim to the hidden beach. and all the related transportation. Luisa and Arnoldo and Cesso (sp?) were exceptional; so professional and talented and sweet. Our breakfasts and lunches were over the top delicious. We had originally intended to go to restaurants for dinners most nights, but when we saw the private chef (Santiago) menus - well, let's jus say WOW! We booked five of the nights with him and two out. The house was so clean and comfortable; everyone raved about the outdoor showers. This was such a great time of year to go to Punta Mita (mid February). We didn't intend to whale watch, but they were everywhere. Bring binoculars, as we could see them from the house. They are simply beautiful. Our trip to the Marietas included some impromptu fishing off the boat, which resulted in almost instant catches. The hosts on the little boat were ready with soy sauce, lime, and serrano chili, and we had the most delicious sashimi on the boat. YUM! The beach clubs were so much fun and we got in some surfing, boogie boarding, and beach volleyball. The margaritas were fresh and delicious. It was so easy to take the golf carts around the area. Fun was had by all. We highly recommend this home. Thank you again, Luisa and Arnoldo and the team. We hope to return again soon. The Simpson family from the Seattle area

The Royal Treatment

The rave reviews are accurate - from that first frozen margarita and damp towel when we walked in, we felt like ROYALTY!! I could wax poetic about Arnoldo, Luisa, Cesar, Chef Santiago, Libby, etc. but other reviewers did a fine job conveying how exceptional the house & staff are :) Two things I'll emphasize... - SECURITY: if you're reading reviews, you may be looking for security reassurance like I was when we planned our trip. Our group ranged in age from 2 to 65 and the youngest two members (2yr & 4yr) were my children. Traveling internationally for the first time with both, I was hyper about security and them staying in a separate room. Libby (the lovely manager) called prior to our trip and explained each room has both sliding glass doors and heavy wooden storm doors that lock into the floor. For naps & nights, we shut the storm doors and used a key to secure the children's room. After the first 24 hours and several interactions with the HOA security coming & going to town, I realized how secure the area is. They were probably safer in their Caida de Agua room than their regular bedrooms in the States! - DINING: if you're on the fence about eating out or hiring Chef Santiago to dine in... DINE IN!!! Several other reviews mentioned they wished they would've dined in more so I changed our family's plans and Santiago served us 4 of our 5 nights. It was like living with a Michelin chef. Hope this helps! Now, I'm off to book our return trip... Cheers!!

Truly Magical

From the moment we booked this stunning property we were in great hands. The ease of communication back-and-forth from day one was incredible. They truly take care of you. They can book anything and everything you could dream of. Upon arrival at the house we were greeted with smiles and so much enthusiasm to make sure we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is stunningly gorgeous, the photos don’t do it justice. The House is filled with the top of the line item so that everybody was pampered and truly comfortable. The staff is incredible and so knowledgeable and are truly perfectionist at what they do. I would absolutely recommend this property and this incredible team to work with. We can’t wait to go back.

The Amazing Reviews Are Accurate

I read all of the reviews about this property before selecting it for our trip. Everyone loves it because it is truly outstanding. It's gorgeous, the private pool is wonderful, Luisa the cook is exceptional, Arnolda the houseman is delightful and provides great service, the housekeepers and other server are all so professional and helpful. I like very high end hotels but would choose this over any of them any day. The only real problem with it is it's not available on other dates that I'd like to book it because it's that fantastic. Thank you Libby, Arnoldo, Luisa, Wendy, Mele, Cece, and the owner of this property. It was a magical trip due to your care and hospitality!

Highly Recommend

We had an amazing trip. Everything went smooth from the booking, to the coordination with Libby, to the staff and house. Arnoldo and Luisa and their staff were truly amazing. The food they made was delicious and they were so accommodating and flexible with our group. Best week ever!

This was our second stay at Caida de Agua. Our first trip was with three other couples, celebrating a 40th birthday. We were blown away then, but bringing our kids back this time was an absolute dream! Libby made all of the planning seamless and was a joy to work with. Every moment was perfect. Luisa and Arnoldo are the perfect team. Every meal was an experience. Luisa uses the freshest ingredients and is a chef extraordinaire. Arnoldo is simply the best, he’ll curate any experience or just leave you alone to relax! Not only are they just great people, they truly made us feel at home. Our children cried when we said our goodbyes. The rooms are immaculately kept and comfortable. The pool is perfect for adults and children and the views are beyond beautiful. We loved Kupuri beach club for beach days, it was perfect for the whole family. I can’t say enough great things about this property. We can’t wait to be back next year!
