Our concierge, Max, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. But the property itself had some significant issues that affected our stay. The showers took a very long time to heat up, and a couple of them never really got warm at all. There were no shades in the living room, which meant that the sun would shine directly into your face just as you were trying to eat dinner. The room became unlivable for hours in the afternoon. The golf cart they provided was defective; it failed to drive forward on several occasions, and finally failed for good when we were out for dinner in town. Max did a nice job getting us a replacement quickly. The second cart was much nicer than the first, which made me wonder why we didn’t get it in the first place. The housekeeping was OK, although they failed to replace basic items like soap. The community itself is lovely so it feels silly to complain too much. And you spend most of your time at the beach anyway. But for the price, this property was not up to snuff. We were told it’s going to be renovated completely by next year. It needs it.
