Amazing family vacation!

My family and I had the most amazing time staying on property. The villa was incredible and having use of The Four Seasons as well as the various beach clubs ensured we had a variety of options and things to do during our time in Punta Mita. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful stay at a beautiful property. Our family of six had plenty of room to spare and loved our stay. The concierge team was great with coordinating tours, dinners, and anything else we needed. It was our first trip to Punta Mita. It won't be our last.

Fabulous Family Birthday Celebration

Villa was lovely and the staff and concierge were perfect. My adult kids and their partners had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands big birthday. Lovely home with plenty of room to relax and hang together. Enjoyed the Four Seasons and St. Regis facilities and beach clubs as well as the lovely town of Punta Mita! Definitely will be a return visitor!!

Wonderful Place for a Family Vacation with Older Children

We have stayed many times in the hotel rooms of the Four Seasons and St. Regis at Punta Mita, but this was our first time staying in a Villa as we were traveling with our adult children and their partners. The home is beautiful, well maintained, and exactly as shown in the photographs. The pool was the center of activity and a great place to cool off as it was still pretty warm outside for our mid-October visit. We hit all the beach clubs. Played a lot of pickleball. Surfed, fished, and said. The golf cart rental was all pre-arranged. It is a necessity. The concierge, Adriana, was excellent and very responsive. Our housekeepers and cooks, DeAnna and Laura, were very friendly, pleasant, and the food was excellent. The concierge arranged a private chef, and we truly enjoyed our meal. I would highly recommend renting this home. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect Getaway

We brought our 3 kids to get away as a family before a couple of days of business meetings. The villa is spectacular, it comes equipped with everything we needed for a fun filled time. The daily breakfasts were delicious and the house manager also stocked groceries for us, arranged airport rides, rented a pool fence, set up a golf cart, booked surf charters and arranged an impromptu happy hour with amazing drinks and snacks. This is our second stay at this villa and we're already planning a return trip.

Beautiful home - The perfect oasis!

I booked this house to celebrate my 40th birthday with 7 of my closest girlfriends. The views were amazing, the house was in immaculate condition. The Four Seasons property was relaxing and the attention to detail by the property manager and concierge was top notch.

Excellent Stay!

Overall an incredible vacation! Adriana and her team handle any and every detail. The villa is perfect for a large group, a family, friends, any one. Unlike other areas in Punta Mita, you can access pretty much everything when staying here. From the beach clubs to the Four Seasons, it was magnificent. Can't wait to get back, as we didn't want to leave!

Wonderful Stay!

The villa is very well maintained, and the grounds/landscaping are lush with colorful bougainvillea. The bedrooms are spacious, and views of the ocean exceptional. We saw whales just off the coast. Great location, as you can easily walk to the main lobby.

Beautiful Property!

There is nothing not to recommend. The villa is beautiful, spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. Exactly like photos. Exceptional hosts, highly communicative and super helpful. And of course the Four Seasons resort overall is spectacular and lovely, though certainly not cheap. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is beautiful and spotless. We didn't leave the Four Seasons property except one quick trip to town. Adriana and team were lovely to communicate with. The kids loved the pool. All 4 bedrooms are quite private. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa

Lovely clean villa wonderful views and accommodations, delicious chefs prepare gourmet meals in your villa. Beautiful setting for a large family or group. Terrible shower water pressure, Maids rushed us out on our last morning. My advice is tell them not to start cleaning till 11:01 am. Otherwise it was perfect.

Our Incredible Stay at Villa Riva - Four Seasons Private Retreat

My wife and I, along with our two children (ages 16 & 20) stayed at this property in June. Our stay was exquisite, exactly what we needed. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and activities. The villa was incredible - even better than the pictures on VRBO. It was beautifully appointed and had clearly been updated recently. Our concierge, Adriana, attended to our every need. She had everything set up for us prior to our arrival and was extremely responsive to any request we had. She booked all restaurant reservations and excursions for us prior to our arrival, which removed a lot of potential stress. Mari was incredible - she cooked breakfast for us every morning (we stayed 8 nights) and cleaned the villa each day. We rented a golf cart, which was the best way to get around Punta Mita, including the various beach clubs, the St. Regis resort, and the local town of Punta de Mita. Having full access to the Four Seasons was an underrated amenity as we enjoyed their pools and lazy river daily. If you are looking for an upscale, relaxing yet fun-filled experience, I highly recommend the Villa Riva.
