Location, location, location. This is a gem. It is in a perfect spot for sunrise and sunset beach walks, with Tale of the Whale as a focal point. Pacifico Beach Club is just down the beach. Use a golf cart to get around within Punta Mita and the adjacent town. The house is beautifully maintained. Each bedroom has a private bath. Master on the second floor has a great balcony and one of the bedrooms on the first floor has a very private outdoor shower. The kids loved the pool - it was the hub. We ate breakfasts and some dinners (tasty) together at the house. Miriam and Margarita were fabulous at preparing breakfast for a group of 10 that included young children and adults whose dietary restrictions included one vegan/gluten free and some vegetarians. When we ate dinners out it was mostly at the Four Seasons- very memorable.

Better than expected

We were celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary and the setting of the house was better than expected. Wonderful sunsets and outdoor space. Plenty of room for the entire group of 10.

Fantastic Stay - Would 100% Return!

We were a group of three families with very young children (6 adults, 6 kids under four). The house looks just as advertised and fit our group very well, with three “master” bedrooms with king beds and three smaller “kids” bedrooms. One of the highlights was the amazing staff who prepared breakfast everyday and kept our house incredibly tidy. It was so nice to wake up to a gourmet breakfast and then be able to enjoy our vacation immediately. The concierge team was also highly valuable and helped plan dinners, groceries, rentals. We found the house to be great value in a wonderful, central PM location. It was especially fun to watch the golfers tee off on the Par 3 hole right infront of the house!

Fabulous Stay at Villa Copacabana!

We celebrated my 50th birthday at this property in December 2024 and had an amazing stay. From the property manager, Regis and Adriana the wonderful concierge to the staff that prepared delicious breakfasts and helped keep the villa extremely clean every day everyone was a delight to work with. The accommodations at the villa were perfect for our group and we hope to be back in the near future!

Great House - Excellent Concierge Service

I recently celebrated a special birthday here, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. The staff took care of everything, including arranging car service from PVR airport to the house, a day trip for 10 people to Sayulita, and return transportation to the airport. Communication with the house manager was seamless, and they organized two fantastic dinners for 10 at the house, and easily accommodated the various dietary restrictions. The meals, especially the seafood options, were delicious and incredibly fresh. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking ocean views and just a short 3-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Access to multiple private beach clubs, made for perfect, relaxing days in cabanas by the ocean, with cocktails and food brought right to us. The house management team handled every detail—car service, dinner reservations, special requests—and did so with kindness, professionalism, and promptness. The house comfortably accommodated 10 adults and was kept in immaculate condition throughout our stay. When we discovered one ceiling fan wasn’t working, they replaced it with a new one within 24 hours—such impressive service! I highly recommend booking this home for its prime location, access to multiple beach clubs, and impeccable concierge service.

Our family celebrated my wife's 70th birthday!! We had our two daughters and their families, and our son for a total of 7 adults and 4 children. The house worked out very well for sleeping, dining, swimming, and just hanging out. The view was perfect, giving us some golf play along with the beautiful ocean view. It was a short walk to beach to look for sea shells. The kids loved it. The service was really good, they set up everything just as we asked. The entire team was perfect.!!!

Great stay in Punta Mita!

Our group of 13 (6 adults + 7 children) had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend at this property. From the get go, we had clear and precise communication with the concierge. We were greeted by Ernesto and Yadi at our villa and they put us at ease. At every point of the trip we had them available for any questions. The property itself was perfectly located and we accessed one of the beautiful beach clubs recommended by the staff. At the end of the trip, Yadi went over and beyond when we had trouble with the car rental in getting to the airport. We will wish to come to return here since it left us with fond memories. Thank you to everyone on the concierge team for making this a truly special experience for us.

We love Punta mita!!

Our family absolutely loves Punta mita!! We try to come one to three times per year and this house was one of our favorites!! It was perfect for two families with two small children (plus babysitters!) ages four and two – we loved the pool and breakfast every day was amazing. Golf cart rentals were perfect! We cannot wait to come back. Adriana has been our concierge before and she never disappoints!! Thank you so much for all that you do to make our stay so great. See you next year.

Amazing house for families

We stayed at Ipanema 3 for 6 nights to celebrate my mothers in law 70’s birthday. We were 8 adults and 6 kids (under the age of 5), and the house worked great for us. The common space might be a little bit too tight for such big group, but the outdoor space is really comfortable, and every single beach club that we went (including also the Four Seasons) were simply amazing. Our pool was always heated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Clean and fresh towels every single day. The housekeeping staff were super nice and they cleaned and cooked breakfast for us every day. They payed attention to every little detail (our kids were giving them hugs when we left). Adriana, our concierge, was one of the most competent people I’ve ever met in my life. She arranged all our dinners, babysitting, groceries, baby gear rental, massages, even a Mariachi band! It literally took her on average less than 2 min to respond to my texts. Truly a dream to have someone so helpful when you are in a different country and on vacation. I would definitely stay in Ipanema 3 if you are looking for an unforgettable experience with your family. ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at las palmas 3! Our housekeeping staff was so great and prepared the best breakfast and always made cute pancakes for the kids. This was the best location in the neighborhood in our opinion just because it is a quick walk to the beach and we even walked to the Pacifico beach club daily. Our only suggestion is that the doors to the outside do not seal shut so we had quite a few crabs run in at night but small and the kids got a kick out of it:) it’s a great home for big groups and would go back
