The home was the perfect location for our 3-generation get-away to Punta Cana. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Very comfortable. Easy access to swim and beach club, restaurants and the eco-preserve for swimming in fresh water lagoons. Our young grandchildren loved the pools, the beach and riding on the golf carts! The owner and his staff were accessible and helpful, but always respectful of our privacy. Beautiful place. Wonder, relaxing time.

The house was very clean, beautiful, and well maintained. We stayed here for a bachelorette trip, and one of the things we appreciated the most was how safe and comfortable we felt the entire time. The property being in a gated community gave us so much peace of mind since we were a group of young women traveling together.Our housekeeper China and cook Nayelin were absolutely incredible. They were warm, attentive, and truly took care of us like family. The meals were amazing and the house was always spotless. They made the stay feel so special and welcoming.The only small hiccup was that the check-in information from Eduardo was a little confusing at first, but everything was quickly resolved and after that the stay was seamless.Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here, especially for groups or girls trips. We would absolutely come back!

The house was AMAZING and China and Jessenia were so hospitable. I cannot emphasize enough how delicious the cooking is-it is highly worth it to purchase the meal plan. My girlfriends and I were amazed by the beautiful landscape and amenities. Great find!!

We had a great stay! Eduardo was very helpful in the pre-trip communications, and Rosa and Jessenia made sure the week went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the meals prepared onsite, and the staff was very welcoming. Our kids also really enjoyed the house and playing in the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home at Tortuga Bay. The home is beautifully furnished and updated, the rooms spacious and the location is ideal. Jean, the chef is outstanding. I have stayed at the club many times before and we planned to go out for dinner several evenings. After the first dinner prepared by her, we cancelled the balance of our dinner reservations and ate at home! This rental is better stocked with essentials, from basic seasonings, to cutlery, crockery and appliances etc. than any I have stayed in before. The home was spotless, cleaned daily and Eduardo is very organised and very responsive to any questions that we had, the perfect person to rent from. I highly recommend this rental to anyone considering renting in Punta Cana.

The house itself is nice what really cast a negative pall on the stay was the absolute boorishness of the owner. He was rude. He did not make us feel welcome and he treated his staff poorly. The staff apologized for his behavior to try and make us feel better but it was not their burden. The pool is ridiculously small and is misrepresented in the fotos. The house was completely adequate but the owner behavior and rudeness even pre-stay would never allow me to rent with him again or suggest it to anyone I cared about. There are many nicer places to stay with better ownership skip this one.

The house was in excellent condition—very clean and well-maintained. It was perfect for our family, with each of us having our own bedroom and full bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Chej Jenna and Suleica, who truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. We were celebrating my daughter’s Sweet 16, and they surprised us with a beautiful display of balloons and a cake, along with a delicious breakfast on her special day. It was such a thoughtful and memorable touch.Eduardo, the host, was incredibly helpful—he arranged our airport transfers and booked all our excursions, making everything seamless. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to this home again. Nothing was overlooked—it was a perfect experience from start to finish.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Punta Cana. This villa is beautiful. The host made us feel at home and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Jefrey cooked delicious meals and was always available if we had questions or needed something. Everything went smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy our family vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this Villa. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Birthday Getaway

Everything was wonderful. Jean and Yudi were so sweet. They made everyone feel comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves. Also trust Eduardo when he says he got it and will make sure you are taken care of. Excellent customer service and excellent communication. Look forward to working with them again.

Tortuga Bay

All in all it was a pleasant experience. We experienced some trouble with a language barrier with the staff. Also, since we were there for two weeks, the expenses of getting bottled water was not made clear ahead of time, since the water in the house was not treated. Jean and Judy were helpful and Jeans meals were delicious.

Perfect stay

It was our first time staying in Eduardo’s property and it was amazing! This house is exactly as it is picture. It is a quiet property, perfectly clean, with an amazing pool and bedrooms. The check in process was very easy, Eduardo gave us excellent recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. We recommend to lease the golf carts to go around La Cana and also Yan the chef, that prepares you delicious meals!

Great house and perfect location

Very nice house and perfectly located. Clean, spacious and well maintained. We did not take advantage of the in-house staff since we wanted to cook our own meals. Made some of the planning a little more complicated for us. Host provided 5 gal of drinking water. Host was very responsive.

Golf Outing

Me and three friends just returned from a 4 night stay at this villa. I have nothing but great things to say about the property. It is convenient to everything we needed during the stay. The golf course was a 3minute golf cart away. The private beach was within walking distance. The club house at the golf course was nice to grab lunch or a beverage following golf. The villa itself was as advertised. The grounds and pool were very well kept. The villa was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of common room for when we wanted to be together and large enough to have some space to grab some down time. Our favorite part of the stay was the food prepared by the chef. Breakfast was good and the dinners were great. Each was freshly prepared and the service was flexible to meet our changing schedules. If the opportunity arises to visit Punta Cana again we will definitely be scheduling this villa again.

Dominican Republic Oasis

We were welcomed by a delicious charcuterie board after a long day of travel by the house staff. Our host gave us a quick tour of the house and the resort and then we settled into the luxurious welcoming home. We had the staff cook a few meals during our stay that were very tasty. Our host arranged a few tours (Eco park, and a Catamaran boating trip) that we requested. He also completed some grocery shopping based on our requests prior to our arrival. We rented a few golf carts which allowed us to explore the vast resort which I believe was a must. All in all, Eduardo and his staff did all they could to help us enjoy his home and our stay in the Dominican Republic.

Pure Relaxation!

We had an amazing experience! The house was exactly as described and even better in person. Everyone in my party had plenty of space, felt safe, and slept soundly. The golf cart was fantastic to explore the neighborhood and get us to the beach and resort pool. Rosa and her helper kept us well fed for breakfast and dinner! The pool was cleaned every day and was a perfect size for us 4. All in all, we had a great trip and would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic week

Eduardo was amazing and easy to communicate with, made the booking experience simple and straightforward. From the early arrival to the late checkout, we were very well taken care of and pampered. Incredible meals by Rosa and Suleyka. Breakfast ready every morning. 5 min golf cart ride to the beach! Best vacation any of us have ever had. Thank you Eduardo! I look forward to going back next year with the family and new baby!

NO PRIVACY

BE AWARE that the owner lives in an adjacent room attached to this house & the house maids live in a room off the kitchen where they do entertain their guests so you will HAVE NO PRIVACY! Homeowner has a key to the front door & comes in as he pleases even if he rings the doorbell & if you don’t hear it, he lets himself in! The day of arrival we walked in to see an empty pool being filled with 1 hose & caution tape around the pool! The pool was unusable for 4 days. Be advised the pool looks nothing like the listing it is a very small kidney shaped pool not heated and there is NO HOT TUB! The charcuterie/fruit plate and champagne that the owner leaves you which I did not ask for & claims is complimentary per the Review on January 9 2021by Alfred F. 1/5 TERRIBLE is NOT COMPLIMENTARY! When I checked over the receipt for the food that was purchased to cook us a few dinners not only were all the charcuterie/fruit items on it along with a $30 bottle of champagne & MANY cleaning products and MANY paper products along with other food items I never asked for and when I confronted him and told him this is unethical he became extremely belligerent! This house & the furnishings have not been updated since the photos were taken 12 years ago This was the worst vacation I’ve ever had, cried every day! I have filed a formal complaint with VRBO calling every few days for over a month talked to 6 people and still no resolve. I FEEL A REPRESENTATIVE NEEDS TO FORMALLY CHECK ON THIS HOUSE !

Punta Cana

Overall stay was enjoyable. Rosa was delightful and the meals she provided were well done. There was a mix up communicating menu items. Requested desserts with meals and didn’t get any. Asked for bacon and sausage for one breakfast and received neither. The one item I believe needs improvement would be the golf cart. The cart really needs a windshield. This is your main mode of transportation in the resort and rain is likely to catch you driving. Without a windshield you get absolutely soaked. Considering the price of rental a little protection from the weather should be included and should be easy to remedy. Back patio and pool area are definitely the home’s best feature.
