not quite as close to the beach

it was nice but careful with the location, the pin on the map is not quite where the appartment is. Also, we had quite a big surprise with the electricity bill costing over 20CAD per day additional

Location location location

This spot was in a great spot for walking to the nearby restaurants and bars and beach. The staff/security was great. The rooftop patio was a great feature. The cushions weren't as clean as in the photo but we made do. Overall all I would recommend.

Great location!

Our stay was quite pleasant. Marina the property manager was always prompt to respond. The condo is close to most restaurants and night life and is safe with a security guard at the gate. The only issues were that the pool was in good shape to swim most of the time as the water was pretty murky and one of the bathrooms leaked the last two days, but overall, things were great.

Queit, lovely pool, close to town for dining and shopping

7-10 minute walk to restaurants and beach. Only issue was stinky water in sinks and showers. Apparently an issue in most places. Buy plenty of water for drinking, dishes, and cooking. Nuria was easy to work with.

Okay stay with a few problems

Overall a quality stay. Property manager was incredibly fast to reply and fix problems. The pool and balcony were super!! We had a few problems with the power going out, water not working, and check in took quite a while (20ish minutes from arrival to getting into room). The neighborhood is not the nicest (lots of trash along the walk to the beach). Works well for a group of young adults ready for adventure. Would think twice if elderly or with family.

Reasonable price and within walking distance...

The location is within walking to the beach and several good restaurants and groceries. New kitchen appliances, nice rooftop area. Property manager was very helpful resolving issues. Owners are good communicators and were very responsive. There is a market outside the bedroom windows that seems to be open through most of the night and can be quite noisy. Bring some ear plugs just in case. Besides the market, the neighborhood is quiet.

Terrible water

Very comfortable stay

The apartment was very comfortable, and walking distance from restaurants and the beach and grocery stores. Some previous reviews mentioned they had problems with the water. We didn’t. Matter of fact the owner installed extra filters, thank you. The roof top was exceptionally at night. We loved star gazing! The grounds were super clean and although we didn’t make use of the pool, it looked very appealing. Finally, the owner was very accommodating. We landed way earlier than expected and asked for an earlier check-in without knowing the owner was supposed to “check out” on the same day. We had the pleasure to meat him, and he showed us around. Awesome family!!! Highly recommend the place! We stayed just for 5 nights because we waited up to last minute to book it. Don’t make the same mistake!

I recommend staying here

Overall, the place was good. The inside of the apartment was clean and had everything you need. Plenty of towels which was nice. The provided shampoo and body wash as well. The apartment provides ice cubes as well. They were working on the tile of the pool so it didn’t seem the cleanest. Didn’t spend much time at the pool. The water provided was good! There wasn’t a whole lot of water pressure, but it was fine. Just don’t try to run both showers at once. It was a 5 min walk to restaurants. Just be aware of your surroundings while walking over there. The walk to the beach was just about 10 min as well. But don’t really recommend going there as there was a lot of seaweed everywhere and not much public access. The activities were limited. However, if you need a clean, comfortable place to stay this will work for you.

Overall it was Ok except we were off of power (the only one in our building) for 1 to 2 hours and the washing machine was not working at all. Took 4 days before we had a replacement.

Great complex

The condo itself was very spacious and comfortable and well equipped. We were not impressed with the property manager as we initially had no hot water and there was a leaky faucet that had created mold in sink ( a plumber did eventually come and fix issues). These should have been handled before we arrivedAlso for the check in the property manager only gave us her phone number on WhatsAapp and no other instructions ( not everyone has the App or WiFi available in a foreign country) there is a lock box available so a self check in could possibly be used instead. . We loved the deck overlooking the pool and also the rooftop, with the barbecue and lounge area The pool was awesome and was cleaned everyday, and the security guard and yard maintenance guys were very friendly and helpful ( they helped us carry the 5 gallon jugs of water up the stairs). It is quite noisy in the condo due to the little store just behind us opening at 7 am and closing at 11 pm. They played their music very loud and then talked over the music. ( Local flavor added to our stay) It was convenient to walk to the store ( 10 -15 minutes) and to the beach and restaurants although we did not walk at night as did not feel comfortable enough with the area. There are little Poppi taxis that are reasonable and always available.

Very clean and the manager was awesome!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We felt very safe and enjoyed the rooftop. The manager was absolutely awesome and communicated with us so well. She went out of her way to accommodate all our needs.

water issue during my stay. i could not use the water because the smell was unbearable. we were given extra 5 gallon jugs of water for showering and cooking. very inconvenient. i had to take bird baths everyday.

Great stay!

Loved the place & area, very close to everything! We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Only problem was out was listed for noon but we had cleaning ladies come in at 9am making the checkout process a bit awkward. I also don’t recommend setting up a pickup through here, Uber is much cheaper :)

Nice place excellent property manager

No Space for folding your clothing, big closet with out space for clothing, The security box is damage and not working , all water from the showers go everywhere, terrible laid out of the showers, the water from the facility is not from the city water

Everything I could ask for

It was wonderful and our host was always right there for us. I must say the rooftop terrace is magnificent. It didn't mention in the ad that it has a beautiful western exposure over looking fields of palms and amazing sunsets! I'll be back in March :)

Good vacation

I just want to start by saying that Nuria made my check in very easy she was very helpful and attentive. The apartment is located in a great location close to the restaurants and the beach. The private roof top was the best for tanning and for barbecue. The pool was ok the first few days it was foggy so we did not use it until almost at the end of our vacation when it looked cleaner. The apartment was big enough for me. The only thing I must say is that the apartment needs some tender loving care it could use some upgrades. But I will definitely stay there again. Thanks again to Nuria and her team……

Pleasant Stay

We had a good stay it was a nice place, very good location to all that we needed. Our host was wonderful! She was very friendly and so helpful. Whatever we needed she assisted us with and found us a wonderful restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We would come again! E&LMyles & Friends
