Room was as described; all amenities to include linens and washer/dryer. Quiet and serene with close proximity to everything. Appreciated the safety protocols and the gated parking.

beautiful condo

the condo was just as the pictures show. the host Gregory was prompt and wonderful. we had no issues with the condo. the pool was closed for work but that was beyond the condo owners help.

Perfect accommodations

I have stayed at many properties in this general area. This has been my favorite so far. Comfortable bed, clean, very nice. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Todd was great with communication.

Great spot

Unit is very clean - also balcony receives great sun all morning until mid afternoon. Beach is an easy 10 minute walk. A ton of restaurants within walking distance. Locked entry with guard to enter complex and Gregory, the host, was timely. Also the electric bill for a week was 10.

Very nice condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. We had great weather during our four weeks there. we met quite a few Canadian couples who were also renting. Spent a lot of time by the pool. The condo itself is very well appointed. It has everything a person would need. The other residents were very helpful telling us how to get things like water, deliveries, etc. and how to get around the area to get groceries and nearby restaurants that are nice. .This condo is definitely a nice place to stay. Be very careful of power usage. It could easily cost $10 US per day if using the AC. Too bad the DR doesn’t recycle at all. It’s a shame to have to throw out everything, including bottles, plastic, paper, etc..

Très beau condo propre, confortable, et très sécuritaire. Le personnel est gentil et courtois. Bien située à proximité des épiceries de la plage et de nombreux restaurants à distance de marche. On y a séjourné 1 mois et on a réservé de nouveau pour un mois l’an prochaine pour la même unité. Très belle vacances Très belle vacances.

Punta Paradise?

The property was accurately described as in the pictures.. The main issues we had was the communication. For example when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk had no idea of our arrival and the owner did not give us any instructions. We had to contact VRBO directly as we had no response from the owner for over an hour. Also, there were no written instructions in the hotel room (ie., what to do with garbage, use of the safe, etc.). But the night before our departure we were packing and looked randomly through drawers to make sure we did not leave anything behind, we found the instruction booklet. This is one of the things that at the beginning should have been visible and made aware to any renters. There were also a few times the property manager and other service workers would just show up unannounced. Not a major issue but just proper protocol requesting access/respecting space would have been appreciated. Overall the property was very nice and service was adequate. We have just pointed out room for improvement. Basically the difference from a 4 versus a 5 star rating.

Appartement bien placé au sein d'un condominium très agréable.

L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce : grand, bien équipé, une belle vue. Le condominio dans lequel il se trouve est très agréables et calme avec une piscine magnifique. A 700m de la mer. Les gardiens étaient bienveillants et les habitants sympathiques. On a passé un excellent moment. Les relations avec Gregory, le gestionnaire de l'appartement, se sont tresbien passées. Je recommande cet appartement.

Issue with Property Manager with Pick Up.

Very nice property the only issue we had was our pick up from the airport as the driver wasn’t in the pickup area as described with a sign. We had to make at least three phone calls and emails trying to track down Todd the property manager. Gregory at the condo was excellent to work with.

Clean condo

It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. If you rent this condo, you should stop for groceries on your way there. There was limited toilet paper, no coffee or laundry soap. The bare minimum is what you will find in the cupboards.

Mia Hermosa Balconies

I really liked this condo, it is close to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. The view of the pool through the balcony doors is beautiful. The interior has all high end finishes and has a nice floor plan. I plan on staying here again in the near future. There is gated parking just steps from the pool and there is 24 hour security.

Good location close to beach and secure development with security

Overall a great place to stay and I would definitly rent again as long as the issues I stressed with the apartment have been taken care of. Needs a new cleaning crew bedspreads we’re dirty and stained coach covers are dirty and stained. Pots are dirty and stained and with just a little cleaning with axion they came clean so clearly the cleaning lady doesn’t take much care in cleaning after people leave. The clothing dryer doesn’t work it doesn’t dry the clothes. The master bath sink is starting to fall off the wall. I did send a message to Todd the second day I was checked in about these issues and on the evening before I was leaving the gentleman that checked me in came by to ask if he could come back tomorrow early for me to show him the things that were wrong and not properly working. Poorly managed by the management company. So the day I checked out I pointed out all the issues with the apartment so hopefully it will get fixed before the owners return back to see the condition the apartment is in. If this was my apartment and I made a surprise visit to see it and how well they are taking care of it I would have been extremely upset. Sad because it’s a beautiful apartment in a great location and a safe development.
