We selected this property based on prior reviews, and were not disappointed. Communication with the owner and property managers was superb, with both answering questions promptly. The condo itself was as advertised - clean and comfortable, and getting to the beach (also beautiful) was less than a three-minute walk away. We did request maintenance for a few items - air conditioning and hot water - and our requests were handled to our satisfaction within minutes. The entire complex is well protected, with security guards patrolling the building grounds as well as the beach. Entire staff is friendly and helpful as well. There are at least half a dozen fantastic restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and many more for those willing to go a bit further. There are a few mini markets nearby as well, along with a 24-hour pharmacy directly across from the main entrance. We just got back to Central New York and would love to return to Punta Cana ASAP.

What a perfect place on the beach for our family. Our trip was amazing! The restaurants close were wonderful, the little market made grocery buying so easy. Communication with the property manager made everything so seamless and the suggestions were amazing as well. Shuttle to and front the airport was a breeze! Everything was within walking distance and all of the excursions had transportation close by or they came to you. We cant wait to come back!

I rent a lot of properties when I vacation. This is one of the nicest owners and manager I’ve ever come across Boris the owner and Caren the manager were so nice so helpful and responded to anything that I needed within minutes. I highly recommend this property and I travel a lot, the house was very clean, great location and exactly as described. i’m already planning a trip back.

Nothing but respect for the property owners and their management because you cannot say anything negative when people respond and handle anything you ask for. The location was spot on and the beach was my peace at night. I did like their was actually a little store outside of the complex that had things I actually enjoyed cooking and Kat's Corner became my go to place for coffee and a little breakfast because I like their prices. I look forward to booking a stay again and probably solo because I would like a little more peace and once again everything was very enjoyable.

Our host contact was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions! We were given very clear instructions on accessing the property, the staff were accommodating, and our driver shifted our return ride home last minute due to flight changes with no questions asked. We would absolutely book a stay with them again.

Unforgettable stay at the "Playa Turquesa Ocean Club" Condo no. D201

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at condo no. D201 of the Playa Turquesa Ocean Club. The resort complex is stunning. Nothing was missing at the apartment. We had everything we needed. A clean apartment, good beds, enough towels and bed linens. A well amended kitchen etc. The terrace was very big and the view to the see, beach and over this beautiful place incredible. Our vacation was perfect. The owner and the property manager were friendly, helpful and communicative. Within hours we got the information we needed. We can highly recommend not only the resort complex but also the apartment. Hopefully we can rent it again next year.

Family vacay

We would absolutely stay in this condo again. The location was ideal for the proximity to the beach, pool, restaurants, and excursions. Beach restaurant was delicious! The hospitality of the owners was amazing. They were very attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had almost immediately. Only suggestion would be to put an egg crate in the twin bed in the guest bedroom. Thanks for a great time!

Excellent location, excellent communication with owner and check in personnel

The property es very nice, very well maintained. The apartment had everything we needed, including a nice reception package. Jules made the check in and check out very smooth and she was always available when we asked for help and references. The beach in front of the property es very nice and secure, with safety personnel all the time, although the sargasso, affecting all the island, avoid us to enjoy it at maximum. Thank you Jules and Boris! Highly recommended place!

Wonderful summer

I spent most of the summer here and it was wonderful. The apartment was great, the beach was close, Julie the apartment manager was wonderful and there are so many restaurants and a cute grocery store really close. I worked from the apartment and wi fi was great. Highly recommend!

Great EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Great property, condo, communication, location! I don’t what else to say Boris, Julie and Kirsty!!! I didn’t want to leave. I was at Boris’ place for 30 days. Everything I needed was in the condo, within walking distance or a short ride away. And thank you for the welcome treats. I definitely would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Location, location, location

We have a good vacation. The unit was very comfortable with all possible amenities. Beach area was cleaned of seaweed, our beach chair was cleaned. Not just the overall picture but the little courties provided were present too. The grounds were well kept. A great place to relax and enjoy the heat. Lynda Taylor

I don't think you can find a nicer place to stay, other than a luxury hotel hotel. The apartment is great, spacious, clean. The property is beautifully maintained. Boris, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend as a great vacation experience.

I loved the location and the unit had everything you would need for a great vacation. We really enjoyed the ability to choose between the two pools or the ocean. The local restaurants and BAM grocery store were great. Can't wait to return!

Best condo rental yet - everything we needed and more. Kitchen very well stocked with like new appliances and accessories. Of course the view was fantastic, almost the entire complex is visible from the patio. We're already planning to return in 2019!

Exactly as Advertised

Just returned from a stay at Boris' condo and for our family of 4, it was perfect in every way. Though Boris was on vacation himself in Europe, he made all the necessary arrangements for our arrival to be seamless. He also was very good about answering any questions we had during our stay. The condo location is ideal. Right on the beach and a short walk to a number of the top rated restaurants in Bavaro (all of which were excellent). The onsite market is best for convenience items only. There is a major supermarket 1-2 miles from Playa Turquesa. My wife and I are both fitness addicts so we would walk to the supermarket and take a taxi back with our haul. Condo has all the needed amenities. It was also great having a washer and dryer right in the condo. The one thing to be careful about is using bottled water only. Was not a big deal for us. All the restaurant use bottled water for ice so no problem there either. If our travels ever take us back to Punta Cana, we would definitely look to stay at Playa Turquesa again.
