Let me start by saying how absolutely stunning this home is. The design, the setting, and the overall atmosphere are truly beautiful.When our group of 20 arrived and discovered the home was not quite “rental ready,” to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. However, what could have been a major setback turned into a testament to outstanding hospitality. Alix was already waiting for us with a solution and a clear plan in place. Within a short time, they arranged for us to move to La Palma 78, which comfortably accommodated our entire group.From there, everything exceeded expectations. The staff — especially Endry and the chef — were truly 10 out of 10. If we could give them a higher score, we absolutely would. The food and service were hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. Every meal was exceptional, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.While our trip didn’t start exactly as planned, the way the team handled the situation with professionalism and care made all the difference. We would highly recommend this property and the incredible staff who made our stay so special.

Birthday Celebration

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The home is gorgeous, the food was delicious and everyone was extremely nice. Laundry was done everyday for us which was amazing. As a mom, I really felt pampered and was really able to relax. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were incredible. We will most definitely return for another stay!

Best property in all of Cap Cana with Eden Roc access

Everything about this property was amazing. Alix was great with check-in and ensuring everything was going well. Carlos wouldn't let us lift a finger and made sure we were well-fed and ready with drinks. Calderon's food was perfect. Breakfast was always a treat and dinners were special and authentic (some of the best ribs I've ever had). The open-air living spaces are great to hang out in, and the rooms are immaculately clean and very cold (if that's what you want). Having access to the Eden Roc beach club via a short golf cart ride (included x2) was a treat and helped make this the perfect vacation. I'd highly recommend this property. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful villa and wonderful staff

Cabelton 8 villa was like being at our own private resort. As nice as the accommodations were, the best part of our experience was the staff and how great they are at their jobs. Amazing food that was cooked and spiced perfectly. Keeling was our butler, and was so nice and fun to be around. Alix coordinated everything we wanted to do and again, was just extremely competent and friendly. One additional note - Our cousins from Brazil stayed locally at another hotel for a couple of days after we left. They are very inexperienced travelers and had issues with their travel documents when trying to return home. They reached out to us for help but there was little we could do - so we reached out to Alix. He got involved and was able to get everything they needed to be able to return home. I think that says everything about the kind of people that work for this villa.

Beautiful home on a gorgeous golf course overlooking the Caribbean. Peaceful surroundings, spacious, welcoming staff, excellent chef, easy all around. A real treat for us all.

Best Vacation Ever with the Best Staff

I can actually say we miss the friendly staff that attended us during our stay. Alix, Kelin and the chef, Rogelio are the best. The villa is impecable and we are definitely going back. Thanks for a great time.

Doesn't get any better

From beginning to end this was an amazing stay. Spotless, well kept up, excellent Wi-Fi which is important to me to handle work issues while on vacation. Maids were there on time and throughout the day to keep towels, sheets, etc fresh and supplied. The staff in the kitchen was amazing, the food was prepared to order at breakfast lunch and dinner. You don't have to do a thing, just let them know what you want. If you have a certain liquor you like, they will find it. Location is the best in the resort in my opinion, on the golf course and an easy walk to the clubhouse. You are supplied a large golf cart to get around the property. Eden Roc resort is a short walk as well, which you have access to. There's not anything I would have changed about the stay. Be sure though to bring CASH (you have a safe in your room). There are almost no ATM's anywhere nearby and you will not be able to get much out of them. The staff is tipped in cash at the end of the stay.

Amazing Villa and Staff!

Caleton Villa #8 is pure luxury. The main living area is all open, amazing views and breeze. The view from the pool is remarkable. The house staff and chef made sure everything was perfect at all times. The villa's 4 bedrooms were perfect for us (4 couples), but the villa would be great for families with kids also. Highly recommend everything about this trip and this villa!

Loved this villa...views are just to die for. My hubby also played golf and really enjoyed the course, stunning! We had a chef who was awesome and Bianca was so sweet and helpful.
