I will break up the rating. Condo itself 8/10. Beach/grounds 8/10. Building itself 2/10. Condo was well stocked, clean, great view (5th flr), management responsive. We had the most perfect view of the ocean and we also got to see turtles everyday in the mornings. There is a nice area where we barbecued and enjoyed the sound and view of the ocean while eating. Will definitely come again.

View is marvelous. Cottage is about 50 yards from the ocean. From the main room it looks like you are on a boat because all you see is the ocean. Grounds are not too crowded. Nice place to relax and enjoy Hawaii.
