Tuve un problema, no tuve agua caliente en la regadera de la habitación, llamé a recepción y mandaron a personal de mantenimiento pero no se resolvió el problema. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Le pido por favor pongan atención en esos detalles. Gracias

I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and I had a city view, which was great. The only downside (and it's not that extreme) was their breakfast. It wasn't bad but just not may choices. I just prefer hot breakfast if I'm going to eat. I would definitely ...
