Where do i start, the room its self is over all clean and tidy.
A few stains on the carpet near wardrobe, the tiles on the floor in the bathroom could do with a good scrub with some bleach or exit mould, same with the shower tiles & shower screen. As they all have mould.
No chain lock on door that needs to be attended to.
The hair dryer hook needs to be replaced as the holes in the wall doesn’t look appealing.
Apart from that the appartment was serviced every day with...

"The property is in a stunning location right on the lake. The staff were more than helpful - young, stepped up to help at registration, bent over backwards to make us feel welcome.
