"Everything was PERFECT even before I step into the unit. The host are amazing and wonderful with communication. They set the bar that I'm not sure many more host could top. The unit was beautiful! Decore, cleanliness, location.....everything. The guest book is such a unique touch. It was nice to look through and see how so many people from all over enjoyed their stay as well. "When I arrived, the housekeeper was still there cleaning due to a late check-out from the previous occupants. She was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the AC in the unit was not working. I was assured maintenance would be there that evening to repair it or leave a portable unit. Maintenance did not come by that evening. I stayed somewhere else. "Had a lot of issues getting in. The electronic door lock didn’t work properly. The property manager had to have me rig it, then use his. Half the time his code worked and 1/2 mine did. The main complaint was it had a lot of gnats and wasn’t very clean. I’d give a lower rating, but the PM was responsive."
