"Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained."

"The property is very basic. The bathtub fixtures need work. The toilet was balanced with a piece of wood and the tub faucet practically fell out. There ws no shampoo in the bathtub dispenser. Very dark room, two inadequate lights. The description says something about a breakfast but there was nothing at all and a sign in the lobby that says "no breakfast". Not a terrible stay, but the place is in need of some basic repairs and attention to some details."
