The villa is composed of two identical units, Elite 1 and Elite 2, with a shared wall. Each unit boasts a private entrance, a spacious open-concept ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room, as well as an extra bathroom. On the first floor, you will find four elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with a generous terrace that surrounds the entire building.
The villa is surrounded by a lush and fully enclosed garden, ensuring complete privacy and a safe and carefree environment. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with modern amenities, including a large swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. There is also a children's playground located at the back of the property, providing a shaded area for kids to enjoy.*Pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost of EUR 30 / day / pool, payable upon arrival.
