When we got there, the spa bath is not working. The manager just said, none of the spa baths are working. Why advertise you have spa baths if they are not working? "A clean room and great people on staff. A warm welcome and airport pickup. I had issues with the TV but this was sorted quickly and they couldn't do enough. Oakwood is my 'go to' for overnight stays in Auckland both for domestic trips though Auckland and foreign travel. The people make this business. A great team!"

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

"Apartments are in fron of the Manukau Bus Station, but are incredibly quiet. There is a park in front if you want to take a walk or jog.Two bedroom apartment is good sized, good complete kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster.. Bathroom is OK. Now for the bad part. Beds are small (not queen, double size), mattress is poor (had to buy a mattresss topper to stay 10 days) Air conditioning is a portable unit, very noisy and irritating. No "split" on the wall. Cleaning service is...
