"It was our last minutes booking for somewhere to stay in Rotorua, so we were not expecting much. The accommodation is okay, reasonably clean, bed comfy, shower is too hot or too cold. No in-between, hopefully they fits it. Host experience is below, below average, we booked via bookabach, very poor communication from the host, we have receive no check in instructions even when we arrive, waited outside for 1.5 hrs, during the time we have 2 hungry, tired children in the car - while i was talking...

"We loved our stay at Beach and Waffles Papamoa. The house was very clean and very well furnished with a lovely aesthetic. We loved the location being close to the shops - four square, restaurants, a cafe and an amazing bakery “Rise” with fantastic coffee and the best cream donuts plus many other delicious treats! It was also an easy walk to the beach which we had a great time exploring daily. The outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after the beach was great and super handy! We enjoyed...

"Booked for 2 nights but due to incoming cyclone, we departed after day one. Location I’d great with the beach 30 mts away and town about the same the other way. We were disappointed with the 2 toilets which are located on ground floor and first floor, both in under stair cupboards. The first floor toilet opens into the lounge. The master bed is located floor 3. Road noise was terrible all night until 4.30am when it finally quietened down. TV was near impossible to work only getting ch 1 and...
