Impolite and unprofessional rude girl at the reception. Unfriendly management. Uphill from the docks, pricey. Guests are controlled thru indoor security cameras. Filthy terrace.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Port Williams. We were there in the off-season and there was no one else at the hotel. And yet the service was still good. They have kayaks bicycles and golf clubs to use on the grounds. My one complaint is that our room smelled like woodsmoke and so did the hotel. ...
