We stayed here the day after the Cartel burned some cars and buildings, the communication with the manager was wonderful and supportive. Communication through that difficult time couldn't have been better. The condo was comfortable and well equipped and had a great view in 3 different directions.

The host made sure we had everything needed for a wonderful time in his beautiful condo! So welcoming and comfortable. The view was beyond amazing! The pools, restaurant, service, and beach were superb.Proximity to restaurants, shopping, and destinations were close and easy to get to. We look forward to staying here for the third time soon!

The condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony were stunning especially at sunset. Pools were glorious, drinks were strong and all the staff were wonderful. Main bedroom bed is a tad stiff and not the most comfortable bed. The electricity allowance was a little strange to us and was not in the listing. Check in was easy but took us a whileTo figure out which tower we needed to go to. We were told someone would greet us and show us to the condo but we were left to figure it out on our own. The manager and owner were very responsive to any questions or concerns so we are thankful for that. We would definitely stay here again though. You can’t beat the views and location

great view but lacking in other areas

Positives - The location was great. The views were great. The property manager Sergio was very attentive. You could walk to grocery stores or restaurants. Costco was a 20-minute walk. Felt very safe with building security and in the neighborhood.Negatives-The party place across the way facing the balcony had music blaring until midnight on Friday and Saturday night and until 11 on Sunday. Even with the doors closed it was still very loud. Although we did not cook in the unit, we wanted to warm something up. There were only 2 pans and a lid that didn't fit either pan. The double bed bedroom was really small. No dresser and you couldn't open the closet doors all the way as they would hit the bed. The welcome sheet needed to be updated to include how the safe works. The code given in the sheet was not complete. a or b needed to be added and also add you need to turn the knob to lock. The instructions for entering the unit needs to be updated also. Once the code is entered you need to hit the letters underneath for door to unlock. Luckily Sergio helped us with these.All in all we had a great time, however unfortunately we would probably not stay there again.

It was perfect!

The property exceeded our expectations, so much so we never left except to go whale watching. The rental was great; we loved the beds, used all of the cookware and enjoyed sunsets on the deck. The 4 pools & hot tubs were so nice as well. Happy hour at the hotel bar was good too, strength of drinks snuck up on us.It was a great time & I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Nice but noisy.

There were 3 of us. The condo is spacious and clean. There were a couple of minor things that need replacing but nothing major. There were a couple of bars that were pretty noisy but they shut things down around 11. We preferred to keep the doors open all night (there was a lovely breeze) but if you close everything up and turn on the A/C it was very muted. Stayed in Old Town last time and preferred its proximity to shops, markets and restaurants.. we still did a lot walking but it’s not as nice when it’s amongst all the traffic. Nice walks on the beach in the morning. Sergio was great. Responded immediately when we needed him.

What a view!!!

The property is very large 5 pools overall. There's a nice little restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner? They also have a great drink menu. The condo is nice and roomy, great views off of every balcony. Would definitely come back. Sergio was very accomadating. viewson every

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay. The unit was very clean and spacious with modern, updated finishes. The grounds exceeded our expectations with 4 infiniti pools, easy access to the beach and waitstaff to tend to your neefs.

We arrived and were welcomed by property manager. The place was as it was shown on VRBO. Accommodations were as stated. A couple things we experienced was the A/C not working when we arrived but was repaired as soon as we reported it which was awesome and couldn’t get the safe to work which wasn’t the end of the world. The property manager and the host were easy to contact which was nice. Was quiet at night to sleep and the beds were okay. Wish the bath towels would have been a bit better quality and they offered wash clothes but we made do with what they offered.

Amazing loction

My husband and I brought his sister and her husband here for her 60th birthday. The view was fantastic and just a walk by one of the 4 pools to get to the beach. The restaurant served great food and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There were other restaurants and markets within walking distance and it was a 15 minute Uber ride to Old Town Puerto Vallarta and the boardwalk. Would definitely stay and and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in PV.

Beautiful property! Great location!

My sons and I stayed at this property and we could not have been happier! Very spacious condo on the 9th floor. Wonderful decks off both bedrooms and living area with sliders that slide all the way open! We left them open 24/7 for the wonderful ocean breezes! Great views, and nice amenities. My son used the large gym. We enjoyed the pools and restaurant. Conveniently located right next to La Isla Mall which has a movie theater, food and good shopping! The city bus stop is just outside the complex, and easy to get to the center of town! The Food Park across the street was good for a quick and delicious dinner. We will definitely be back!

Great condo with spectacular views

You can’t beat the views from this condo. Waking up in the master you look out over the pool, bay and mountains. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Overall just a great property.
