Nice Unit

I have stayed at this property several times in different units. This unit is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Two problems we had were the view was not so great but you probably are not spending much time in the unit with everything to do and the pool.Second was at 2:00am the alarm in the unit went off. I still do not know if it was a smoke alarm or what. It was not coming from the smoke alarm. I checked with the front desk and they have nothing to do with it. Check with the rental company and have still never had a response from them. So, you are completely on your own it there is a problem.

Deluxe Condo in Great Location

Everything about our stay was great - the condition of the condo was immaculate, the amenities such as the hot tubs and exercise room were great to begin the day, our host stocked our refrigerator (for a fee) allowing us to relax, the location was close to restaurants and our other activities.

Perfect location and beautiful home!

The home is exactly as described and soooo comfortable! We had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect and we would definitely stay again! The amenities are lovely too the pools and hot tubs were awesome and so clean. Communication re: checkout was a little disappointing- they asked if we needed a late check out (which we did - just an extra 2 hours) and we were declined. But other than that everything was great.

Great place and location!

The place is spotless and more than we expected in terms of amenities! The couple issues we had (a/c dripping, and a hot water isssue) was tended to within hours and solved. The only reason I took off a star on location and neighborhood is that a handful of nights the music started thumping at some of the local places, beginning after 10pm and went sometimes til dawn... other times it was nothing. The road noise was nonexistent with the doors closed. Looks and rooftop areas, just so nice!!

Exceptional property

We have stayed in PV many times and this property so far has been one of the best. Excellent location. The room was equipped with so many amenities. Pool is open until 11(most are 10). Very clean and beautiful. Communication with Elisa was excellent. I recommend Frankie’s Italian Restaurant right across the street. I look forward to coming back.

I believe one reviewer stated that the pictures don't give this place justice. They were correct. Even though the pics are concise, in person is so much better. This place was the most. Clean, comfortable, centrally located, and amenity full spot I've encountered. Kudos to the team. Alberto, I didn't get to meet him because of my arrival time, but, he was always helpful and available. I highly recommend Casa Palmas.

A really quiet and pleasant place to stay. Despite being in the middle of many nightclubs, the bedroom is very quiet. I would suggest getting some black out drapes for the bedroom as the outside hall light was on all night. Otherwise, highly recommend it!

Great location

Close to all the restaurants, bars and shops in Zona Romántica and a short walk to the beach. Sonia the property manager was amazing! Very responsive, helpful and informed. The building staff are very friendly and kkep the building in tip top shape. The owner has thought of everything from beach towels to spare batteries. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location! Highly recommend

The property is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is 3 blocks from the beach and close to many bars/ restaurants and walking distance to the malecon. I would definitely come back again and stay here. The staff was great and very friendly. Brianda was wonderful and very helpful with the check in process and she responded to my emails right away. Definitely recommend for your next stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We loved staying at Pavilion and we'll definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay at The Pavilion in Zona Romantica. The staff was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay, day and night. Our stay was made safer and more comfortable and enjoyable because of the staff and we appreciate that very much. The building/amenities and unit (210) were all great. The location was central to going anywhere in town with ease and or catching public transportation. The roof top was beautiful and the gym was nice and clean. As any stay there were just a few minor things worth noting; The hot tub/jacuzzis were not very warm for being "heated", but nice still. The building obstructing the gorgeous view was a downside, but not Pavilions fault. There was construction directly on the other side of the wall of our unit starting every morning at 8 am and didn't stop until around 6-7pm it is very loud in the bedroom and not as bad in the living/kitchen space, but the unit itself was really nice. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, look forward to coming back!

Wow!! Wonderful 5 Star Stay

Simply wonderful! We’ve been coming to Puerto Vallarta for the better part of 6 years and this place is the very best we’ve ever stayed at. Everything about it was perfect. From the decor to the pool to the location. We have found our home in PV... nowhere else will live up to this amazing place now.
