The spectacular upper level is the heart of the home, where soaring palapa ceilings frame elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces that flow seamlessly onto an expansive oceanview terrace. Here, guests gather around the infinity-edge pool, outdoor kitchen, custom 20-seat bar, and grand dining table while enjoying breathtaking 180-degree views of Puerto Vallarta and the Pacific Ocean.

Throughout the estate, natural stone, handcrafted finishes, warm woods, and organic textures create an atmosphere of quiet elegance and effortless comfort. Marble floors, luxury linens, plush towels, spa robes, premium bath amenities, professional hair dryers, in-room safes, Sonos audio, a cinema room, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property ensure every modern convenience is at your fingertips. The infinity pool is seasonally heated from November through April for year-round enjoyment.

House Guidelines

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of both the villa and surrounding neighborhood, amplified music and excessive noise are not permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM in accordance with local regulations.

Outside visitors, vendors, entertainers, and event suppliers require prior approval.
