El estudio es muy agradable! Tiene todo lo necesario! Para tener unas vacaciones tranquilas! El único inconveniente es tener que ir hacer el check in y de igual manera ir a entregar las llaves para el check out, a una distancia de 7 cuadras aproximadamente con todas tus maletas!

Cómodo, silencioso y agradable

Es la tercera vez que me hospedó aquí, ahora estuvo mucho más barato, quizá por la contingencia pero, es una de las mejores opciones por lo céntrico y la cercanía a la playa.

The furniture needs to be replaced. I couldn’t sit on the couch because it sank down. The chest of drawers was of poor quality. Not terrible but for the price, the quality of it all including the kitchenware should be upgraded. No kitchen towels were provided until I asked. No paper towels or water was provided as is customary for an apartment rental in Puerto Vallarta. The building staff I met were friendly, courteous and helpful. The pool and deck with views of the bay are lovely.

The negative effect, when staying here, is having to get the key and return the key several blocks away. Unfortunately, the balcony looks over a construction site. The room was clean and provided what I needed. The location is excellent to access the beach and some restaurants nearby. The gym is satisfactory and the pool area offers wonderful views.

I didn’t like that you had to pick up and drop off the key from a hotel blocks away. The pool was under construction and that was not disclosed.

Disappointing

I usually stay at the Pinnacle nearby, but decided to give this place a try since it was closer to the beach and the price was right. Having to check in/out at a different location is a needless hassle, since there’s a lobby office at V177, as well as round the clock security (it seems like the keys could have been left with them). The building itself is relatively new, in a good location, and the rooftop pool has a beautiful, unobstructed view. The room was reasonably clean and large, though a bit odd: the windows on either side of the bed open right out onto the hallway, meaning you have to keep the shades lowered the whole time for any privacy. The bed was thin and hard, with linens that felt old and worn and only a couple of pillows and a very light coverlet. Toiletries were minimal, and the kitchen was equipped with mismatched dishware and silverware that was laughably cheap. Since there’s no staff to deal with the unit on site, any issue you have has to be handled via the office at a hotel several blocks away - meaning it can be a long wait if you’re trying to get something fixed (e.g., my room safe didn’t have any instructions and I apparently locked it incorrectly, meaning I couldn’t access anything in it until someone could come and unlock it the next day). Though the room was on the 5th floor, the view wasn’t much to speak of - it overlooked some scruffy buildings and a construction site. It’s not awful, nor a bad value for the money. But I doubt I'll be back.

This complex is very quiet, safe, modern and clean. It is a great location for accessing restaurants, the beach, and the exciting vibe of the romantic zone in Puerto Vallarta. The owners, managers, and cleaning staff of this condo were always available, friendly and helpful during our stay.The apartment was fully equipped, and had lots of storage space. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The building is beautiful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The rooftop area is the truly amazing part of this building. The check-in/out at another property is a detriment so leave extra time for that. Would definitely stay here again.

There was construction right off our balcony. Check in was a pain. Picking up and dropping off keys required two taxi rides. The bed is really hard and the cutlery was awfull.

Property was just how we remembered from the first time we stayed. The property is very clean and secure. Rooftop pool area is very nice. The unit is smaller and clean. Needs some lightbulbs replaced and toilet seat fixed. Washer can not hold very much or will not drain out. Other than that its a great place to stay!

Strange and inconvenient to have to go to another property that is not even close to v177 to check in and out. Unit had washer/dryer but there was no soap to use with it. Shower head water pressure was horrible. Location was great and apartment was nice.

The shower is Awful. The pool is mostly shaded and doesn’t have nearly enough chairs for everyone. I dislike the security guards watching your every move when entering and exiting the property. Check in and out is a major hassle having to lug your bags across town after picking up and dropping off the keys. There is an office and security at the building 24hrs a day, why can’t the keys be there for pick up and drop off. The unit and building itself was okay apart from the things above.

Beautiful Property/Terrible Check-in/out Situation

To review this property, you must rate the check in/out process differently from the condo/building itself. The check in/out process is super inconvenient. I would give it a 2/10. You must get your keys from another hotel that is eight blocks away (0.4 miles). This is not a “short walk” as it is stated. Dragging your luggage through the streets is not ideal. We got to the hotel at 11:30 am to check-in and was told our room would be ready at 1:30pm. That was as expected since check in was at 2:00pm. When we returned at 1:30 we were then told it wouldn’t be ready until 3:00pm. We also had to put down 500 pesos as a refundable deposit for the keys. As you can imagine, you need to return to this hotel at the end of your stay to turn in your keys and get your deposit. Luckily on our way to the airport, we got our Uber driver to make a stop so we could drop off the keys. It’s just one extra step that makes this stay undesirable. There is no contactless check-in or check-out as stated. The condo/building was quite nice. I would give it a 9/10. The pool on the rooftop has amazing views. And the location is great … close to the beach and many good restaurants and bars. I would stay here again only if they restructured their check-in and check-out so that you do not have to do it at another location.

The property was perfect for my needs. Great building with amazing pool and hot tub. The apartment was well furnished, had everything I needed, and was super clean and taken care of. Check in and out at the hotel went smooth and the 10 minute walk to the apartment wasn’t too bad.

We come to this area very often and the location is great: close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is wonderful. Important for us was to have washing machine and dryer. Be aware: you check in at another location so if you come by taxi go to the check in location first and let the taxi wait when you checking in because it’s quite a walk (uphill) to the apartment. If you have a car like we had no problem except be prepared to park in the street because the apartment doesn’t come with parking space. We had great stay and definitely would book this apartment again.

Me and my significant other stayed here for the weekend and we loved it the place is nice and clean the pool was amazing had such a beautiful view was breathtaking day and night pool is open till 10pm and 12am on weekends. Air condition worked very well apartment is close to many restaurants and shops only a block away from the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint I have is the check in process it was smooth and easy besides having to stop at a different location for keys. We had our taxi driver takes us to location to get keys and take us to apartment which is only a couple blocks away but way too hot to be carrying luggage through town also did that for check out as well.
