Two Week Winter Escape

The condo offers a relaxing respite in the heart of the best PV has to offer…restaurants, clubs and shopping all right outside the condo building, and a tranquil condo for relaxing/sleeping!

Great location and a great stay

We had an absolute wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo in Zona Romantica! The location was perfect. It is close to the beach, the nightlife, and all of our favorite eateries. The actual condo was very nice and large enough with the balcony having nice views. The rooftop pool area was great for relaxing and cooling off. The views from the rooftop were also fantastic! Would recommend this condo to friends, family, and whoever.

Good expect communication with management

My husband and I have been staying with these properties the last 6 years and have always had a great experience. However this time when a prior accident happened, we were very disappointed with the outcome of communication from the management side. While playing a game at the poolside a friend had to retrieve a ball near the pool area and stepped on a piece of perforated plastic which did not crack or break, just bent out of place. We were further confronted that our friend could have fallen six stories to his death and that we would be charged (no more than $1000 pesos - per the security guard). It was disappointing to see this was more of a money situation than a safety situation to start off with. Later, the property manager contacted me saying we had to pay $6000 pesos which was $349 US dollars. 1. $349 for a non broken piece of perforated plastic that was retapped by the time we left seemed a very pricy 2. Again did not care about the safety issue here and I’m worried that this could happen to someone else and result in a worse situation 3. I have contacted Fernando the property manager several times now for an explanation and invoice for this repair - needless to say, I still have not heard back from Fernando, but have been charged the $349. Ultimately I’m never sad that we’ve ended on such a bad note that could have been easily resolved with better communication.

One of my favorite places to stay in PV

I love staying here! The ease of dealing with the owner, manager & checkin. The unit is spacious comfortable & clean. Not to mention the views & everything you can think of that you might need inside. The only negative thing I could say this time, is the construction & jack hammering noises going on nearby. Hopefully by next year that will all be finished.

Perfect location

Oceans is a perfect location for us. We walked to markets, the Malecon, to restaurants and to meet up with friends staying in other areas. The staff are friendly and efficient. We felt safe and extremely comfortable here. We loved the pool and the music from the street - which we could hear from the balcony, but did not hear when we closed the doors. All street noise stopped at 11:00pm every night, so we always got a good sleep! We plan to return!

Location, location, location

I have stayed here before & enjoy the location, size of the unit, cleanliness & the many more wonderful features. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with the necessities & the balcony is very large & inviting (whether to sit & read or enjoy a meal). Easy communication & the front desk personnel are friendly & helpful. I can’t wait to come back again next year.

Excellent Property and staff

We recently stayed here for a week. The unit was better in person. Although we were on the 5th floor we never heard any noise from any neighbor. The booking manager and our concierge Aurora were exceptional prior to arriving until the moment we left. We eagerly look forward to returning this summer

Amazing condo in the heart of the city

An amazing place to stay. Aurora from Lifestyle Properties PV was so helpful, friendly and responsive. This building is a great one - in the middle of everything! Freddie the conceirge was extraordinary. Such a great and friendly guy. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean, equipped, and great location

I had a great stay, I had to log onto work a few times and the internet was reliable and fast enough for zoom meetings. There's wifi on the rooftop too so I was able to get some sun in while working away.

Perfect location, strict condo rules

The condo is perfectly located and tastefully decorated in a modern style. We enjoyed the space, comfortable beds, and ocean views. The condo rules were not fully explained until our arrival. We have local friends and were disappointed to learn that guests not listed on the rental are not allowed in the pool and community areas. The rooftop is beautiful and I understand why condo owners would want to limit who can use it; I just wish that had been disclosed before we booked. If you book and then later decide to extend your reservation, be sure the management company properly adjusts your stay in their system. There was some confusion when housekeeping expected us to be out of the condo earlier than our scheduled check-out, but the manager cleared things up after I forwarded a copy of my paid rental receipt. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, just make sure you understand the policies.

New property in the middle of Old Town.

Nice unit with balcony. Rooftop pool was fantastic. Views can’t be beat. Responsive management. Steps from everything in Old Town. A tad noisy, but that is to be expected and did not detract from our stay.
