We had a great stay in Puerto Vallarta. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The rooftop views and pool were amazing and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, and everything in Zona Romántica.While we were there the city experienced a pretty unusual situation with fires and security activity happening around town, which made for a memorable trip. Despite everything going on, the hosts were very accommodating when our flights were cancelled and kindly extended our stay so we did not have to scramble to find another place.Overall we really enjoyed the property and our time in Puerto Vallarta. The space, location, and flexibility when our travel plans changed were all greatly appreciated.Would love to stay here again next time we are in town.

We loved your place! Great layout for two couples, fantastic location close to arts, restaurants and the beach. As noted by others, above Margarita Grill so expect bar noise throughout the day and night on the veranda and light sleepers may choose the interior master bedroom to limit noise. The veranda with sofa seating and Al fresco dining area was lovely and the beautiful pool deck with incredible views was welcome after fun days out exploring.Property managers were professional and communicative to ensure a comfortable stay. In unit laundry in the hall half-bath, plenty of towels, paper goods and a nicely stocked kitchen to prepare meals very appreciated. We will absolutely stay again!

We had a very enjoyable time at this Old Town condo. Nicely decorated. Had issues with tv and didn't seem to get it resolved but didn't really need it after football games were over. Plenty of places to watch them out just felt like spending some time in condo too. Tv in second bedroom doesn't work at all just in case anyone wonders. Must have your own fire stick or something like that. Tv wasn't smart so no capability to do anything with it. Most people won't care much about that anyway but would've been nice to know that ahead of time. Also, relayed to property manager that it would be nice to have at least one more hairdryer for guests. One for three bathrooms just isn't sufficient. Everywhere provides them so we don't even bring one along anymore. They're so cheap that's an easy fix. Noise can be probably an issue for some but we've stayed in that same area before so we were prepared. Margarita Grill is the main culprit for music noise at night (which can be enjoyed on balcony) and then power washing in the mornings starting about 7:30. Sound machine provided for main bedroom only. It is quieter in second bedroom and I have white noise on my phone so that worked ok.Pool deck is very nice and great views. Spent every day there and enjoyed it very much. Lots of nice, new people to chat with.Location is rough for the noise factor but it's so great for convenience. We never needed a taxi or Uber once during our week long visit. We would love to return!

Great place in the heart of the Romantica Zone, where all the action is. Great parks, theatres and restaurants. The condo is well-kept and secure. With 2 bedrooms with attached baths (and a bonus half bath in the laundry) it was perfect for the 4 of us travel buddies. Lovely owners and condo manager.

This is a great option for anyone wanting to be at the heart of Zona Romántica. The furniture was comfortable with indoor and balcony lounge spaces. The rooftop pool and lounge is a great place to spend an afternoon. The gym is compact but equipped for a good workout. Some room for improvement on cleanliness of the laundry washer. Overall had a really great stay.

Pride Week Birthday Celebration in PV
The host was absolutely amazing. From the time I inquired about the condo until the time we left, Carl was truly a godsend when it came to our vacation. He provided us with ride details, restaurant recommendations, steps on how to be safe and not only was the condo in an amazing location, the decor and comfortability it provided was top tier. The pool/views of the city were spectacular. The staff at the front desk, Armando was the absolute best help as well. I truly look forward to coming back in a few months. I pray this condo is available. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Can’t wait to come back
Me and my partner were visiting from Sydney Australia and we stayed here for 5 nights at the end of May, and we loved it! The apartment was well appointed with all the necessities in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen however there was more than enough equipment to cook with.We loved spending hours up at the pool, it was relatively quiet when we visited so most of the time we had it to ourselves. The best part of the property is its location within the Zona Romantica, there are amazing restaurants and cafes all within minutes (or even seconds!) of walking.The only suggestion I would suggest to change about the place would be the washing machine as it is getting a bit old and worn out.My partner and I both agreed that we would love to return to PV and stay here again as it was probably what made our trip so fantastic. I didn’t take any photos of the apartment, however the photos in the listing are exactly what we got when we arrived. 5 stars all round. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Place and Great Location
Wanted to find a convenient place in the heart of Zona Romantica and this was a great place! Spacious and communication with the hosts was very easy. Only downside was they were building a new condo building next door so construction was really loud in the morning. This is NOT the place to stay if you want a quiet retreat, but then again, no where in Zona Romantica is, it's a fun and lively place!

Gem in the Romantic Zone
We had an amazing stay in your beautiful home. The condo has everything you need and more. The booking process was smooth. Check in and check out were both smooth. Very secure with proxy car and 24 hour security. The condo is close to the beach, a very short walk from tons of restaurants, art galleries, bars and pubs. We could never get the Sonos to work which was a bummer as we hoped to play some peaceful music to drown out the noise from MargaritaPV. But we made do with our own Bluetooth speaker. Thanks again.

Very nice place, well furnished and supplied
I loved the condo.. it was right in the heart of the action in Zona Romantica. Nice view and great rooftop pool. Hosts communicated very well and were responsive. Only negative was construction noise of a new building going up next door. One day the noise started at 6:30 am.. other days were later fortunately. And as other reviews noted there is often late noise from the bar/restaurant across the street. Obviously noise is out of host's control just bring your earplugs and patience!

Great location
The location of this property is fantastic for being in the middle of everything. The beach is two blocks away. Lots of restaurants and shopping available. Short walks to just about anything you'd like to do in Romantico or Centro. The only challenge we had was that there was jackhamming behind the building for the first two mornings until 6 PM. No one in the building or management were aware that this was going to happen. Thankfully, it was only the first two days, and we spent most of our time those days walking around. The pool and its view are incredible. We'd often find ourselves winding up the evenings on the deck listening to the music from the Margarita Grill across the street.

Gorgeous Property & Great Location
The moment you walk into this condo, you think you're the first person to stay there. It's immaculately clean, decorated and furnished like a model home, and has an unbeatable location.The other residents in the building are super friendly, the rooftop pool is heated and warm, and the views up there are magnificent.The checkin process was easy and painless, as was the checkout. I was provided a unique code for the front door to the unit, and a keycard for the building. That's all you need.I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfectly Respite
This was our second stay in this condo and just like our first time about two years ago, we couldn't find any fault. The location is perfect - close to dining, the beach, and shopping. The surrounding area is safe and there are no hills to climb for access. The condo is well appointed with everything you would need to prepare your meals or do your laundry. The bed in the second bedroom which can be separated to accommodate our teens was a bonus. Although the music from the venues across the street ran a bit loud and late into the night, it did not bother us since we are night owls. Looking forward to coming back again!
