Pride Week Birthday Celebration in PV

The host was absolutely amazing. From the time I inquired about the condo until the time we left, Carl was truly a godsend when it came to our vacation. He provided us with ride details, restaurant recommendations, steps on how to be safe and not only was the condo in an amazing location, the decor and comfortability it provided was top tier. The pool/views of the city were spectacular. The staff at the front desk, Armando was the absolute best help as well. I truly look forward to coming back in a few months. I pray this condo is available. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Can’t wait to come back

Me and my partner were visiting from Sydney Australia and we stayed here for 5 nights at the end of May, and we loved it! The apartment was well appointed with all the necessities in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen however there was more than enough equipment to cook with.We loved spending hours up at the pool, it was relatively quiet when we visited so most of the time we had it to ourselves. The best part of the property is its location within the Zona Romantica, there are amazing restaurants and cafes all within minutes (or even seconds!) of walking.The only suggestion I would suggest to change about the place would be the washing machine as it is getting a bit old and worn out.My partner and I both agreed that we would love to return to PV and stay here again as it was probably what made our trip so fantastic. I didn’t take any photos of the apartment, however the photos in the listing are exactly what we got when we arrived. 5 stars all round. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Place and Great Location

Wanted to find a convenient place in the heart of Zona Romantica and this was a great place! Spacious and communication with the hosts was very easy. Only downside was they were building a new condo building next door so construction was really loud in the morning. This is NOT the place to stay if you want a quiet retreat, but then again, no where in Zona Romantica is, it's a fun and lively place!

Gem in the Romantic Zone

We had an amazing stay in your beautiful home. The condo has everything you need and more. The booking process was smooth. Check in and check out were both smooth. Very secure with proxy car and 24 hour security. The condo is close to the beach, a very short walk from tons of restaurants, art galleries, bars and pubs. We could never get the Sonos to work which was a bummer as we hoped to play some peaceful music to drown out the noise from MargaritaPV. But we made do with our own Bluetooth speaker. Thanks again.

Beautiful place, we loved our stay. Its such an intimate setting at the pool. Perfect location for !! It can be a bit loud from margarita grill. But other than that its perfect walking distance to everything

Very nice place, well furnished and supplied

I loved the condo.. it was right in the heart of the action in Zona Romantica. Nice view and great rooftop pool. Hosts communicated very well and were responsive. Only negative was construction noise of a new building going up next door. One day the noise started at 6:30 am.. other days were later fortunately. And as other reviews noted there is often late noise from the bar/restaurant across the street. Obviously noise is out of host's control just bring your earplugs and patience!

Great location

The location of this property is fantastic for being in the middle of everything. The beach is two blocks away. Lots of restaurants and shopping available. Short walks to just about anything you'd like to do in Romantico or Centro. The only challenge we had was that there was jackhamming behind the building for the first two mornings until 6 PM. No one in the building or management were aware that this was going to happen. Thankfully, it was only the first two days, and we spent most of our time those days walking around. The pool and its view are incredible. We'd often find ourselves winding up the evenings on the deck listening to the music from the Margarita Grill across the street.

Gorgeous Property & Great Location

The moment you walk into this condo, you think you're the first person to stay there. It's immaculately clean, decorated and furnished like a model home, and has an unbeatable location.The other residents in the building are super friendly, the rooftop pool is heated and warm, and the views up there are magnificent.The checkin process was easy and painless, as was the checkout. I was provided a unique code for the front door to the unit, and a keycard for the building. That's all you need.I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfectly Respite

This was our second stay in this condo and just like our first time about two years ago, we couldn't find any fault. The location is perfect - close to dining, the beach, and shopping. The surrounding area is safe and there are no hills to climb for access. The condo is well appointed with everything you would need to prepare your meals or do your laundry. The bed in the second bedroom which can be separated to accommodate our teens was a bonus. Although the music from the venues across the street ran a bit loud and late into the night, it did not bother us since we are night owls. Looking forward to coming back again!

First PV Trip

The property was exactly as described and photos are 100% accurate. It was an amazing stay. Perfect location surrounded by restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to everything we needed. Great security with carded building access and door man. Roof top pool and lounging area were fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again for our next PV trip. Its an amazing property.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

If you're looking to be right in the middle of the Zona Romantica, then this place is the PERFECT choice for you. Not only is it a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, it's steps away from PVs nightlife, which makes for easy walks (or crawls) home after the clubs. The staff here is excellent, the pool is fantastic. You can't go wrong with this place and will definitely book again. Yes, there is street/bar chatter & music that you can hear from the neighboring restaurants, but we all thought the sounds were quite fun and provided a lively atmosphere for our stay. Plus it was NEVER too loud or annoying at any time of day. If you're looking for complete quietness in your search, then definitely move on. But I loved the sounds outside! Highly recommend this place! 5 STARS!

Highly Recommended

The property was well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay for a family of four. From the necessities to cook a leisurely meal in, to towels for the pool and beach, to washer and dryer for refreshing your clothes, to the one bedroom where the king size bed can be separated into two twins for children....the hosts have thought of it all. The decor is soothing and unique. The property is well located, close to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, pharmacies, and a very short walk to the beach. We didn't mind (as we are all night owls), but bear in mind, that proximity to all the wonderful amenities does mean that the music and chatter last well into the night, which was enjoyable to us. We love this building/ property as we have stayed here previously in another unit and would highly recommend.
