Best I’ve stayed in!

I’ve stayed at Lot 268 twice and I recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. Best staff and service and the property is so clean and inviting.

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time! The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the Malecon. We loved the gorgeous rooftop pool, hot tub, and other amenities. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Property

Stayed at this wonderful property in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Close to shopping, restaurants and bars. The beach is a short walk. The facilitates are outstanding and all fresh and new. Very happy I stayed here and ready to return.

Perfect stay

Aurora was so helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and my whole experience was jay perfect. I would absolutely recommend to any friend I know to stay at the property.

Everything I needed

This lovely studio apartment had all that I needed for a great relaxing time in PV. Unbeatable location, walkable to shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Nightlife nearby can be noisy, but this apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The roof deck was very relaxing with pool and hot tub, and great views. Highly recommended!

Clean, Safe and Central

Very nice property with a beautiful rooftop pool. Excellent location. The only thing I would say is the inside studio suites are dark all the time, would be nice to have a window. Also would be nice to have wifi on the rooftop by the pool. Very clean!

Convenient & great amenities

Property was centrally located in the zona romantica, easy walking distance to the whole zone and beaches. Building was very quiet, so a nice chill place to rest. Amenities were fantastic, as were building staff and the concierge. Thanks!!!

Great location to restaurants and great pool

Overall I would recommend staying here! The pool has plenty of seating is very clean and well-maintained. The studio condo is well equipped in the kitchen, has a washer/dryer, and a very clean bathroom. There are no outside, facing windows in the condo so what times can feel a little dark and disconnected. Cannot beat the location to local restaurants and the beach. Was a perfect size for a single person stay, I would not recommend more than two people at this location. Again, overall, I would recommend staying here and visiting Puerto Vallarta!

GREAT PLACE

There was a problem checking in. The prior guests did not checked out on time. We end up checking in an 1 1/2 past the normal check in time. The unit was lovely, a little dark because the windows are inside the building. It was well equipped. The shower was a challenge because it was either too hot or too cold, not easy to regulate the temperature, must be because the unit has a boiler. Extremely well located.

Rules

Our Condo was "dark" & "high tech" for non-techie people, and too small for us (my mistake). The "rules" are so picky, it was almost funny. I was really put off by the Front Desk who would not sharpen a Pencil for me. Told me to go to the store and buy a sharpener--really? Aurora was great and answered immediately any questions or help we needed.

Great location and amenities!

The only thing missing was air flow throughout the complex. From the step inside the entrance, elevator to our room, the air was stagnant. Once in the room air quality and temperature was perfect. Being a studio corner unit, there are no windows to create additional airflow. All in all, a great room for 2 people.

I loved how Loft 268 is so close to the beach and many delicious restaurants, but mainly I loved their staff. Everyone was super helpful and polite, especially Oscar, the desk guy during Night Shift. Definitely will be staying there again!. The only downside about that is that those condos do not have any balconies to look outside so the rooms do not receive much natural light:(. But on the other hand, they do have a roof with beautiful views, pool, sun bathing chairs, it’s just worth checking out.

Lovely Place In Zona Romantica

Such a wonderful building and condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and just so comfortable and lovely. We had regular contact with those who were managing our stay and they were very responsive. I loved the area, the building and the suite. The rooftop patio is fabulous!!

First time in PV

This was an amazing location and the room was very nice! Aurora checked with me the day before and was able to give me detail information on how to check in. I had a late check in since I landed at 730pm, but Aurora was still available to make sure I was able to get in and for any questions I had. The room was clean and the AC was great. The bed was comfortable and everything was supplied for the room. I will make sure to book here again.

Exceeded Expectations

I stayed at this VRBO unit 2/22-2/27 and was generally impressed. The space was clean and the bed was comfortable. The unit also had all of the amenities anyone could need, and the rooftop pool/deck was amazing. The only reason for the 4-star rating was due to a problem with the unit's lock, which had me locked out one afternoon while my friends were at the beach. The property management company that manages the VRBO for this location did not have a spare key on site and ended up having to have a locksmith break into the unit. Needless to say, I was not happy. Overall, however, the unit was in a great location, and I was very happy with my choice and the price.

Perfect location with updated amenities

Close to bars and restaurants. Roof top pool is amazing. Property manager was very quick with responses. No balcony or real natural light, but you just need to head up to the rooftop for that of you wish.

Prime Location

This building is smack dab in the middle of the Romantic Zone, I walked everywhere from here. The building and unit were in great condition. I appreciated the quick replies by text to my questions. Aurora was the best! I have already booked another stay!
